Location

This apartment complex stands in the heart of Barcelona in the popular and central district of Eixample between Plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia. The centre of Barcelona is about 30 min away by foot. Everything that guests may require is nearby; this includes various restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, etc. There are also gardens to be found in the immediate vicinity of the complex. Access to public transport can also be found nearby in the form of the underground and the bus network offers links to every point in the city. The nearest train station is Clot, which is some 300 m away. Barcelona Airport is 20 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 12 apartments, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms.     These apartments are let down by the poor bathroom facilities. The floor of the shower all in a poor condition with a very slippery plastic cover I almost slipped twice . The shower floods the shower step making it slippery too. The check in is automatic and far from easy . The area around the apartment is not so nice too. But there are good bakery’s near . When we arrived the dishwasher was full with the previous guests dishes . Not good .

    This was a lovely place to stay. Given the price, it's unbeatable.-NOTE - You have to have a credit card that has a pin to check in with the machine. If you are from the States, this basically means you are taking cash out on your card and so it is charged a large fee. Instead, we opted to check in when someone was on premises and paid in cash.We had a huge apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and nice balcony with table and chairs. The apartment was clean and equipped with linens and dishes, glassware, pots and pans. THIS IS A SELF CATERING FACILITY. Do not book it expecting to have food and soaps and things stocked. There is not laundry in the building, but there are several laundry facilities with in a block from the apartments. These facilities are fantastic! They are very clean. Your laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc... is already in the wash. You just put in your money and hit start.There are lots of great produce shops and grocery stores within a block or two from the apartments.We loved our stay and will seek out similar accommodations when we travel.

    Could to do better cleaning on mattress cover

    I just hope they can do a better cleaning on the linen. The sheets over the mattress cover are very clean, but they didn’t clean the mattress cover. It’s pretty dirty and disgusting to find “yellow stains” and hairs all over the mattress cover. The rest of the room is clean.Otherwise, It’s really a good place to stay. It’s 15 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. 2 metro stations are close by. It’s close to supermarket (Lidl a two others). There’s a dish washer, refrigerator, microwave and a small oven. In general, I like my stay! The concierge was really helpful for the checkin! Thanks!!!

    Local station Clot Arago is a few mins walk away. there are lots of small bars and restaurants nearby also a great bakery and fruit shop. The apartment was very clean and the air con worked well. Kitchen has all you will need to cook if you wanted to, a fifteen minute walk to the sagrada and 10 euro taxi ride to the top of the Ramblas

    Great location, walkable distance to Sagrada or a few stops of the tube. Nice residential area with good choice of shops and bars certainly more reasonably priced than down town. Nice cafe round the corner on the way to Encants a few doors from tyre garage good for breakfasts and takeaway rolls for later. Shopping street in other direction road opposite entrance on the way to Clot good rotissare Toto for all kinds of takeaway authentic dishes. Very pleased with the apartment.
