  Excellent location and apartment.

  Giving 5* rating because everything else was good except for the 1 con mentioned below. That issue is most likely apartment specific.Pros:- Excellent Location. Walking distance from Fontana metro station. Bus stops are less than 100 m away.- Bright. Good sunlight in the afternoon especially.- Sofa bed is actually really nice. It's wide and can be used as is. You don't have to deal with the springs and their noise when you turn. Very comfortable. 2 people can easily sleep on the 2 sofas.- Prompt service.Ok:- Bathroom shower cubicle is quite narrow. The color is also very dark due to which light seems insufficient.- Some equipment / fittings were a little run down. Needs more regular maintenance.Cons:- There's a design flaw due to which even though the apartment has centralized AC, the bedroom is hot while the rest of the apartment is chilled when the temperature is set to 18 deg celcius. I'd called the customer support and they sent the AC technician. He showed me on the thermometer the temp of the air coming from the duct in the living room as well as the bedroom. It was almost the same. And yet the bedroom was hot. Curtains were closed all the time so can't be due to sunlight.   Nice apartment on a good location, but complicated with logistics

  It is very uncomfortable to need to go to collect the keys to the apartment to some other location, different than the apartment. You can imagine how difficult it is for families. It happened to us literally in the middle of the night (our plane landed at 11,30 pm) so, first of all we were not sure to which address to go (Pujades or Carre de Muntaner and the apartment itself is actually the third location). Initially, the taxi driver refused "to drive us around Barcelona" so it brought unnecessary stress. I'm underlining, we have two kids one of which is handicapped in a wheelchair. And then the story repeats the last day, the other way round, to check out and drop the keys. You should organize it somehow differently.   Better to go with a hotel.

  Even the location and the rooms were great, I had to give an average ratings for the following reasons 1) self checkin process is not easy and requires documentation 2) There is no room cleaning service. Towels are not replaced. 3) We had a leakage in the bathroom due to plumbing issues. I had to deal with a service person who did not know English and it pretty much disrupted our plans for the day. Bathroom was filled with water and it took few hours to fix. My recommendation is book a hotel.   The excellent location and the room facilities are the top. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I was near everything and this equipped apartment had all that I needed to stay with my kids and wife.   The apartment was wonderful for families. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed . There were great restaurants within walking distance.
