  Great hotel if going to camp nou

  We booked this as an overnight stop to attend the el Classico game. We arrived early in the day to find road closures in the area so went into the hotel to find out how to get to the parking and was greeted on reception by Joan who was very helpful and made us feel so welcome throughout our whole stay.As we were early our room wasn’t ready so we left our bags at reception and went off to the stadium for a tour.When we came back we were greeted again by Joan who again was going hove and beyond to help usThe hotel is a perfect location if going to the camp nou as it’s only a short walk away and the parking was secure.We found it good value for money and the room was more than adequate for what we needed.We didn’t eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which had a good selection.Checkout was smooth and again we had excellent service from Joan.   Great hotel, in a great location.

  Great hotel, in a great location. I stayed here through an airline package deal to watch the football, and it was great. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is good. With two metro stations nearby, its easy to get to the airport and city. When I go back to Barcelona, I'll be staying here.   STAFF ROBBED ME! DO NOT STAY HERE. I was robbed by the housekeeping staff. The safe was broken (I have video proof), and the hotel management’s response was to call me a liar. They are protecting thieves, not guests. Police case is open, and a formal complaint (Hoja de Reclamación) has been filed. This place is unsafe, dishonest, and disgraceful. You are a target here, not a guest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

  Visited as part of a Scottish Hockey Team so double and twin rooms required. We arrived early and a day early to check out the area for restaurants, shops etc..Friendly welcome from the very luvly Katrinanya, who let us leave our luggage at reception, so we could go for a wander before returning a few hours later to check in. Great area, 20 /30 minute walk to Real Club de Polo for our hockey games, Local supermarkets, an Aldi very closeby, as are grocery shops just 5 mins away. Restaurants and bars minutes away too.Visit Camp Nou Shop 15 mins away. We also walked 30 minutes to Font Magica de Montjuic (the fountains) great lit up at night. also saw Torres Venecianes (the towers) worth a visit ) or taxi, very cheap) Hotel is in an ideal location for all these places and more.We were allocated Rm 601 with a balcony with a nice view. Bright spacious room, plenty storage areas, hanging space, drawers, a fridge and a desk also a shelf for suitcase /bags etc. Bedside cabinets either side of bed also a/c. Bathroom is spacious a walk in shower, a good mirror with lights above it. a hairdryer, and shelving under sink. Bed was very comfy, a large TV, room cleaned to a high standard every day. Gracias to housekeeping staff. We njoyed a wine sitting on our balcony one afternoon, a very quiet area, with a decent view.Sadly downstairs pool was closed also rooftop bar ( closed for the winter) 😎 Downstairs restaurant for our breakfasts, also an outside area (but was closed) it was clean bright and spacious, it held our team members (approx 18) with plenty room. On offer daily, was fruit. cereals, yogurts, juices cakes, cheeses cold meat croissants, tea, coffee (machine) scrambled eggs, ham something for everyone, tables cleared quickly and items replenished quickly, it was 2 staff members daily. A luvly blonde lady who was busy behind the counter daily and 2 other servers on the floor looking after us very well during our stay. The restaurant /bar area at night was nicely decorated, luvly ceiling lights, we njoyed a wine one evening served by a luvly chatty young barman. Reception staff all very friendly and accommodating. Ordered us taxis etc. Reception area very bright, spacious, clean and welcoming when you enter from the street. Hopefully we as a Team can return next year and stay here again. It was a great stay for us and the team.   A great hotel when visiting Barca. Easy taxi ride or metro ride from the airport. Close to the Nou Camp and the fountains.Our room 601 was superb with a lovely balcony that we could sit out on all day if we wished The room was ideal with plenty of room.The breakfast each day was really good with plenty of variety. The pool area was closed as it was winter times, but when open it looked superb.The staff were wonderful.We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
