    Great location, minor issues with apartment

    Amazing location, the apartment is very nice in minutes distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff were easy to communicate with and eager to help. Only a couple of negatives were the door keypad only worked on the last day after getting fixed, we could only open the apartment with a link sent but not ideal as was always worried about phone battery to open apartment. Door was also stiff to open each time. Toilet blocked easily, the maintenance fixed this quickly. Lastly the noise from other apartments is easy to hear, we had neighbours upstairs play loud music two nights in a row, walls are thin and we got unlucky with some bad neighbours. Despite the above would stay again, the standard of the apartment was high and customer service was great and did their best to make our stay great!     We need a centrally located place with two separate bathrooms for our family. This place exceeded our expectations. we walked almost everywhere except for Sagrada Familia.. Casa Batlo was a short walk away. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to have the space and to be able to do laundry. There were breakfast spots nearby, coffe shops, and we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.     Excellent apartment extremely close to all the amenities. I would highly recommend the apartment, spacious, clean and though though.     We booked a one bedroom apartment for a 4 night stay.Rooms were a bit more dated than the pictures show but acceptable.No street noise was heard once doors and windows were closed.The check in process is confusing and there needs to be a better way. A meet and greet should be provided.Location was perfect with the metro, buses, restaurants bars and several attractions located close by like Casa Batlo.Apartment was roomy and comfortable including a washing machine.I would still return here if I visited Barcelona again.     I usually don’t write a review but had a bad experience. Stayed in this hotel during Christmas holidays. We had a terrible experience. 1. One of the bathroom where my kids slept the bathroom have a horrible sewer smell. We had to open the window to air it out. 2. The dryer was not working. Instead of drying the clothes, it steams hot water. 3. The bathrooms were moldy. 4. The shower glass door was about to fall apart. The only good thing was the location. It is centrally located but rather than the apartment was terrible. The pictures doesn’t justify the property.
