  It was absolutely outrageous! At 8:50 in the morning, the door of our room was suddenly opened. We were still sleeping. This was truly terrifying. It seemed to be a routine cleaning by the hotel, but I had no idea why it was done so early. We could hear the cleaning sounds from other rooms, which were very noisy and prevented us from being able to sleep any further.Furthermore, we arrived at the hotel at 12 noon and wanted to check in. However, the hotel informed us that we couldn't proceed with the check-in as the time wasn't yet up. We thought the rooms hadn't been prepared yet, so we stored our luggage. At 1:30 pm, we returned and were still not allowed to check in. We had to wait until 2 pm. Even at 1:55 pm, they still wouldn't allow us to check in. If they had finished cleaning the rooms so early, there should have been available rooms by then. We regret that the noise disturbed you; however, we remind our guests that using the "Do Not Disturb" sign is the standard procedure to prevent staff access and guarantee silence in the room throughout the morning.Check-in Protocol: Our official check-in time is 2:00 PM. Although cleaning may be completed earlier, rooms must undergo a technical supervision process before they are released. To guarantee access prior to the established time, we offer an Early Check-in service, which is subject to availability and an additional fee.   Wow. Just amazing. This hotel is so nice, and there are lot of amenities, despite no gym. The rooms are so so nice, the beds are just so comfy, and the bathroom is clean too. It is clean all over the hotel, and there is a pool. Not any pool, but a rooftop pool! It is great, and I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in Room 503, which had a city view with no loud noises, but the windows were noice cancelling anyway. Our other friend got Room 502 and had a really loud street view with no sights. TMB Metro L4 is just a 5 min walk. The staff is so nice. The location is great too. There is a huge supermarket nearby too. Excellent!   Absolutely love this place. Second year of visiting. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Stones throw away from a bus stop that takes you right by the top of Las Rambles. Chilled and relaxed stay. Swimming pool for those hot evenings or lots of little bars locally for food and drinks.   It’s exactly what we wanted for staying for the nearby Primavera festival. ProsGreat breakfastNice room and toilet Decent upstairs seating and nice little pool Mostly friendly foh staffCleaners are attentive and friendly ConsNot really a proper bar.   Just spent a few very enjoyable nights at this hotel. It is located in a newer modern area of the city, away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre but well connected just a few minutes’ walk from the metro & tram, beach and a large shopping centre offering excellent range of restaurants for alfresco dining. There are plenty of local eateries and shops in the area at various price points as well as a typical bakery come coffee shop on the way to the station. The room was a good size with a large double bed with plug sockets & USB ports on both sides, good lighting, fridge, spotlessly clean kettle, safe and well-appointed bathroom with a shower in the bath (but I couldn’t find a bath plug!) and a heated mirror over the basin. The hotel also has a sundeck with pool on the top floor for when the weather is good. The hotels offers breakfast, other meals & a bar but didn’t use these. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful too.
