Location

The hotel is located in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, the second largest town in Catalonia and a strategic centre of expansion in the Barcelona area. It is very well connected, with a metro station just 3 minutes' walk away. A 15-minute journey on the metro will take guests to the city centre. Guests also have easy access to Barcelona-El Prat de Llobregat International airport (6 km away), the international trade fair grounds, the Free Trade Zone and the Camp Nou football stadium, home of Barcelona FC.

50 apartments are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Very easy self check in online, friendly staffThe place is spotless! Our second time staying and looking forward to our return, apartment has everything you need, pool was beautiful, even in February! Close to metro , airport and supermarket, WiFi was very fast , we were on the 3rd floor and had great service

    They promised to make late checkout. Next morning to reception came their hysterical manager Marc and told, out of the blue, that I have to vacate apartment in 10 !!! minutes. At overall that person seemed to be inadequate. I assume manager approved late checkout and that marc decided to change my plans.

    This apartment block is nicely located by the metro being 5 minute walk away. It’s in a bit of a run down neighbourhood with limited options for dining out. There is a mall 5 minutes away which did have the usual chain eating establishments. We didn’t check out the shops as they were closed when we went there.Check in was easy, staff were friendly enough and our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking a park and a police station. The apartment was a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The only bathroom was a let down. The shower head poured water from all directions and the seal on the bottom of the shower door was not fit for purpose as water poured everywhere and into the hallway no matter how much we tried to contain it. After 5 people showering a day I spent a lot of time mopping the floor! This has clearly been an issue for some time as the laminate floor had lifted and the bathroom door swollen so it couldn’t be closed. The noise from outside and other residents in the block made it difficult to sleep. Dogs from the police station constantly barked, which set neighbouring dogs off! Not that this was an issue with the hotel. But this combined with people in neighbouring apartments chatting laughing and dragging chairs around made it very noisy. There appears to be no quiet hours here and the smell of other guests smoking weed on the balcony at night was a little too much Kids loved the pool and it is open until 9pm. There is a lovely courtyard in the middle of the block which is quiet and a small cafe which we didn’t use. Check out was easy and we were offered luggage storage even though we didn’t need it. All in all some good points and if you want a decent sized apartment not far from the metro and don’t mind the outside noise then this ticks the boxes. If you are given room 207, ask for another apartment unless you are handy with the mop and bucket!

    Marginally competent front desk staff-lacking essentials

    This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood at best. The front desk ladies were very good but the afternoon and morning men were incompetent. The printer for our boarding process was out of ink which was of no great concern for the front desk. We were given one wash cloth for four people. The room was spacious and well appointed although the hotel walls looked like it was a long term reconstruction project halted indefinitely. I can’t begin to understand how this hotel got such a high rating as it was low average at best. The one bright spot was it had the best shower I have ever enjoyed in a hotel although there was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner in our bathroom. A sad omission.

    Stayed here with my husband and son in a 2 bedroom apartment. Loved the size of the apartment which had everything needed and plenty towels.We had breakfast included but never made it as we all had such a good sleep. Beds were very comfortable.Pool area looks great but it wasn t warm enough to try it.Taxi from airport 25 euro only 23 on way back. Taxi to Nou Camp 17 euro, 13 on way back and Taxis available just outside Nou CampStaff were great at the apartment and would phone a taxi for us when we asked., We also managed to book a late check out for a fee as we had a late flight home.Would stay here again
