    The hotel did not live up to the representations. The airport shuttle is poor, the front desk was rude, the shower did not have shampoo (just bath wash), not as close to the airport as advertised, no room service menu, etc.

    Very disappointed. Lights at bedsise did not work. Safe did not work. Shower ran hot and cool.

    Stayed here for the obvious convenience to the airport for a very early morning flight. Bonus of free shuttle there and back, maybe I should have asked for more detail on the pick up point and times but we got there. Very cool design hotel.Room was very nice, quiet, good bed and shower. Ate in the restaurant which was pretty good and the staff were great fun and enthusiastic. Easy check in and out.

    Good: Nice clean rooms. Free airport shuttle which goes every 30-40 minutes or so (its not a walking distance from the terminals). Excellent breakfast.Bad: Difficult to find the shuttle pickup place at the airport, no marking. The air-conditioning in the room was set to "auto" by default and it can't be changed, means that the air-conditioning will turn off automatically if it matches the temperature of the room to what you have set in the AC, so a lot of switching ON/OFF during the whole night. There is an open glass between the room and the restroom with a window blind, which makes everyone in the room be able to see what is going on in the restroom, very odd design. We booked the hotel just because it has a pool as out kid likes to swim. But later we got to know that it runs only during summer time, which brought huge disappointment.

    Offers Airport Shuttle Service

    We stayed here one night before catching our flight back to the US. We booked here because they offered airport shuttle service to/from the airport. We arrived at Terminal 1 via TAP Air Portugal and had to walk a good distance to the shuttle bus pickup location. We waited quite a while for the shuttle. Check-in at the hotel was good and the room was great. The only hotel restaurant we found open was the Terraza Bar. The shuttle service back to the airport was OK.
