    Very very very very bad food on Christmas night I can’t describe how bad it was. I don’t recommend to eat there the food was terrible!! Very very very very very very bad food and the service is not great as well also the restaurant and hotel rooms are not great for the money they ask!

    We stayed overnight here to experience the thermal baths and visit the Christmas market. This is a lovely Catalan town and did not disappoint! The hotel is very basic, rooms are dated but they are clean and with good towels. We booked the package to include the breakfast buffet (good) and 2 hours in the thermal baths. Those were terrific!! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is perfectly situated on the town square.

    We’ve been there for a night only, to benefit from the termal waters. I have to say that the Cel experience is amazing, we thought two hours was way to much, and we could even stay an hour more. It’s true that it’s not cheap compared to others, but they make sure it’s not crowded and that you enjoy a relaxing experience. We had dinner and breakfast there, and we enjoyed it so much. The food for dinner was amazing… we try a pumkin soup that taste like angels, parmentier with eggs absolutly faboulous, as well as ceviche and risotto. Desserts were also very nice. Chapeau for the chefs! And an special mention to Maite, she took care of us during the dinner service, she’s been so so kind. The only “con” if I have to say, was the room… super tinny for the extremely high price we paid.We’ll come back, but with a better offer , Dueño at Hotel Balneari Termes Victoria, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your opinion and recommending us.     Really Really BADThis was a awful experience. Hotel is dirty, grounds are dirty, food is terrible. The thermal spa wasn't hot, booked ia queen room and got two twins. AC was turned off in the room and it was 79 degrees in the room never got below 78 when the AC was turned off by the hotel. , Dueño at Hotel Balneari Termes Victoria, responded to this review We are very sorry your experience with us was not as you expected. Our hotel has always receied great ratings in the cleaning and spa services. We would have like to receive your feedback at the fornt desk during your stay to be able to help and make sure that you stay was 5 stars

    I spent three days in this lovely place in the middle of January this year. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. As soon as I had settled in, I took a walk through the premises downstairs. The dining room is a sight, if there had been sunlight, it would have shone in colours through the stained glass windows. The views were excellent. In the basement is a termal spa, with all the modern amenities you’ll find in 5 star hotels. Note though, there is an extra fee.All the bathrooms feature termal water, I ‘d recommend to take a long hot bath. The hotel’s exterior is worth to explore, the garden is well preserved and there is a pool area. The town of Caldes de Montbui has its own attractions, I love the old town, the walk past the local vegetables gardens, the immmense church in the middle of town, etc. The restaurant “Robert de Nola” serves Catalan dishes of very high quality.
