Location

The hotel is situated just 18 km from Barcelona, while the golden sandy beaches of the Costa Dorada are less than half an hour away.     This hotel is rated as 3 stars, but it falls far below that standard. While they do offer free coffee and water 24/7 and provide decent quality toiletries, these small positives don’t make up for the overall poor experience.There were construction works happening during my stay, and although the hotel has three elevators, none were fully functional, unacceptable for a hotel in this category.The location is on the outskirts of the city in an area that felt unsafe, especially after dark. The room itself was in bad shape: peeling paint on the walls, a bathroom door that scraped the floor loudly, poor lighting, and a bathtub with visible rust. It all felt neglected and far from the comfort you'd expect from a 3-star hotel.Honestly, this place needs serious renovation and better maintenance. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting even basic 3-star quality.

    I’m not negative or anything everywhere we been we know and understand mistakes can happen and we fix them but that hotel should not exist.. we visit the hotel for a week in October and the room was really really horrible the walls ruined completely the toilet very dirty as u see in pictures.. so we kindly ask for another room they said that can not happen for the moment only maybe the nexts last 3 days of our trip.. the same night we did not have hot water for shower we went down to reception and the lady was so shy and understanding that the hotel it’s a big mess and she told that we should ask our money back from the manager.. we only stayed and not left because it hard to find places at Barcelona that period and we were all day out so even just for sleep it’s horrible to stay.. I’m very disappointed..Some of the staff at reception was smiley and cleaners was kind Never again…

    Stayed at this hotel for the Spanish GP.It is very basic but was absolutely fine for what we needed it for. There’s a supermarket 200m in to get food and drinks if needed, and the centre of the town has plenty of food places to offer.There is no reception but you speak with someone on the phone to help with booking quiries.You can get directly from the airport to Mollet sont fost train station, and It’s about a 30 minute walk from the train station to the hotel.The Barcelona f1 track is the next train stop on at Montmeló where there is loads of places also to eat and drink and roughly a 30 minute walk to the track.I would stay here again if doing the gp in Barcelona.

    Awful experiences don’t waste your money

    DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL. - Air con on stinks of mouldy water -Staff really rude not helpful at all, this was our first time in Barcelona and didn’t know much and the receptionist didn’t help one bit really dissapointed, receptionist was also really rude and didn’t help us. -Pictures online aren’t what the room looks like in person, tiny room -Safe doesn’t have a key so couldn’t use that -Walls are all coming away- Mould on the walls -Hair in the bidets - Part of the building falling apart all bricks on the street from the building - TV doesn’t work - WiFi didn’t work or connect to any devices 1/10 and I’m only giving it a 1 because the bed was ok and clean but everything else was hurrendos don’t spend your money at this hotel

    We checked in at night after the shoft of the staff was over so we chrcked in using a machine which was easy to use and had a staff member on phone for support. Room was big and tidy with all amenities needed. However location os not very good as it takes over an hour to reach city center by bus that only comes once every hour. Also my biggest concern was having ants in the room, om the table and on the bed. Even when we changed the room it still had ants. Staff was friendly and fulfilled needs quickly.
