  Excellent Stay with Friendly and Helpful Staff

  We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and they spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. We really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would gladly stay here again.   Stayed 5 days with family and absolutely loved the place, super clean, cozy, convenient, quiet, super close to literally everything- supermarkets bars, restaurants, coffee shops, metro.simply one of the best experience really.   Perfect place for family to explore Barcelona

  Returned from a lovely stay. Perfect for our family of 5- large, well equipped, well looked after. Stayed on the 5th floor, although there was a lift we didn't use it. Good location- restaurants and supermarkets nearby.Only down side is the collection of keys needed from another location. We worked this into our arrival and walked via different landmarks but it is a good 25 minutes walk.   The rooms were clean and tdy, the kitchen is well equipped and it is very close to the metro station.   Good apartment, bad service

  Instead of doing all payments and check in online I had to walk 1.5km to their office to sign a paper contract, pay additional tourist fees that weren't included in original price and leave a considerable deposit. This wasted additional 2 hours of my time.The apartment itself is okay, though the rules is that they charge you for everything, including dirty dishes and trash in the trashcan.
