Noisy clubs below so ask for a high floor

Honestly I would avoid. We were on level 1 and it turned out there was a nightclub below us with screaming and shouting until around 3:30 am. Very disappointing. It's off the main strip but obviously has noisy venues. Asked for a room change which was frustrating re packing etc but they accommodated and on level 5 no noise. Ask for internal facing room or high floor. Breakfast was basic but fine tbh. Location pretty good.

Amazing. Great spot, nice simple rooms, staff was very helpful, kind.We arrived early, but they have room where you can relax, refresh, and they'll hold your suitcases until you can check in.Breakfast was very good, and very well organized. Lady cleaning off table was on it, super fast, efficient and organized.5 stars to this place.

Hotel Great, Staff surly and rude.

Location is great, rooms were okay, but the service (mainly from the Philippine staff) was appalling. Described by one of our group as Gestapo, they were shouting instructions, switching off coffee machines before breakfast had finished, calling our rooms to tell us to get out an hour before check out time. Surly, with zero customer service training.

Basic but pleasant

Location was good to be near the cathedrals etc. However, the streets around there are not for the vulnerable as there are a lot of street beggars and street sellers. The rooms were clean.no tea/coffee making facilities but they have a kettle to loan for €10(not many though), staff pleasant with limited English. No balcony but decent shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was nice...not a great selection but it did the trick. Not bad value for money... on 5th floor so couldnt really hear too much noise from the pubs/restaurants below.

Brilliant hotel in the best location , 25m from La Rambla , staff were very helpful, rooms were modern and very clean , breakfast was plentiful and very nice , would not hesitate to return to this hotel
