  OMG! We have traveled the world and stayed in villas, 5 star hotels, etc. Never have we experienced the service, hospitality, warmth, welcome than we have with Enric! The location across from Sagrada Familia, next to the metro and taxi stand is perfection. Enric communicated many times with pride for his city and recommendations for EVERYTHING. We had daily housekeeping including laundry. The refrigerator and pantry were generously stocked and delightful. No detail left out. I wish there were more than five stars.

  They advertise one price and then charge you many extras, my final bill had taxes, hotel fees, extra guest fees and 30 euros they charged me cash when I arrived.For that amount of money we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel. This one was small, two twin beds and a broken sofa bed to sleep on, a very shabby (terrible) balcony that faced a sad view or run down buildings. The air conditioning gave us all allergies.The only plus, location, right by the Sagrada Familia and nice restaurants, but there were many other -nicer- places to stay nearby.DO NOT recommend, will not be staying there again

  Warning! Do not stay here!

  We booked the apartment for a two night stay in August for a family break. Everything was ok for the first night, a bit disappointed with the apartment as it is a bit more shabby than the photos suggest but bearable for a short stay. We returned home on second night of two night stay around 9pm with two small children to find the air con unit had leaked all over the sofa bed. This was the only place for myself and husband to sleep. I believe this problem has happened before as the bed had brown water stains all over it. We phoned the contacted at the apartment to explain and were told ‘what do you want me to do at this time of night?!’. I asked if we could move apartment to which they said there wasn’t any and we were told to ‘dry it with a hairdryer!’. I laughed at this suggestion as bed was saturated!! I explained we would need to move to a different apartment, this cost us 165 euros plus a taxi fare. I asked asked if they could compensate us, initial response was no, then we were offered 20 % discount, I explained we couldn’t actually stay there and thought it was fair that we received a refund for the whole amount of the nights stay. It was very stressful trying to arrange a new apartment and also have long debates with current flat owner. We have never received a penny in terms of a refund! We are very upset by our experience and would like to warn others not to stay here. We were treated very badly.

  Good location the saving grace

  We stayed for 3 days 11-14 October. The location is very good, the block next to Sagrada Familia. The booking was easy on booking.com the communication was clear and replies were on time. We stayed at Sardenya 340. The rooms are clean the kitchen is ok. The bathroom flush didn’t work but was taken care off immediately when highlighted. The bathroom is super tiny a major let down. The rooms seemed a bit old and could see effervescence at several places. The toiletries weren’t sufficient for us and when highlighted were given sufficient supplies. The top of the cupboards had dust on it and wasn’t cleaned properly when handed over. 340 sardenya has 3 rooms .. 1 double bed 1 room with 2 beds and 1 with a single. Rooms are ok. Lot of restaurants around. The hop on and hop off bus station is 3 minutes walking distance opposite the Sagrada Familia. As I said location is very good. Walk down sardenya for 20-25 minutes and you are close to beach near the casino. Barcelona is very accessible from many places with bus train and tram at some places bicycles taxies rent a car and last .. walk !

  Perfect for the Hen Do

  Stayed here for a hen do in a group of 6. We were split between two apartments that were opposite each other. There was a double bed and a sofa bed. Both of which were very comfortable.The kitchen/dining area was a great size and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great too. Shower was amazing.The only thing that wasn’t great was the lighting in the entrances. With a large mirror on the wall you’d expect good lighting.Overall it was clean and well presented. Would definitely stay here again!
