  On Sunday morning woke up at 8.30 am by the noise of the indian “reception guy” started a long loud private call while using the speakerphone also. I went there and ask to please reduce the noise. He answer in a rude way with “don’t discuss this with me. It’s your problem if your room is close to the reception”. Shame, really poor level of minimum quality of service.You can find a lot of much better place in the city and in the same area. And much better receptionist for sure!

  Decent rooms, lovely staff

  Rooms were fine for the price, modern, even if a little small. The shared bathroom was okay, but it really depends on the other guests, in what state they are left behind... people don't know how to act sometimes. During my stay, I was a little under the weather, and the staff was absolutely lovely! Best part about this place is how friendly and ready to help everybody was including the cleaning lady, who recommended me a place to eat chicken soup at, which surely cured me.I guess at the same price you can probably find better places, but the location was good and simply for the friendliness and helpfulness of everybody I'm leaving this review.

  the worst experience of all.deceptive photos.Shared bathroom in bad state and not clean.No space in room.Hotel personal work in very bad condition...Yes, if you see the picture we find the receptionist sleeping on fhe floor every night.

  Il titolo è esplicito: ci hanno assegnato un corridoio al posto di una camera che purtroppo avevamo pre pagata, quindi nessun rimborso né cambio. Era uno spazio di 4 metri x 3 venduta addirittura come tripla, con arredi consumati, un armadio che per aprirlo è stato necessario togliere un comodino , fornito di un condizionatore portatile vecchio e rumoroso che di notte era necessario spegnere per il rumore, cosicché la stanza si trasformava in una sauna! Tv con telecomando rotto. La finestra affacciava su un piccolo spazio adibito a discarica di mobili usati. Il portiere extracomunitario, che di notte dormicchia per terra accovacciato su una coperta lercia (come tutta la struttura) era rozzo e impresentabile. Il tutto ( fortunatamente senza colazione) a 203€ x 2 notti in offertissima senno costerebbe il doppio. Le foto sui siti sono fake riferite a tempi passati. Ma nessuna autorità Catalana fa' controlli?The title is explicit: they assigned us a corridor instead of a room that unfortunately we had already paid, so no refund or change. It was a space of 4 x 3 meters even sold as a triple, with worn out furnishings, a wardrobe that had to be removed to open a bedside table, equipped with an old and noisy portable air conditioner that had to be turned off at night because of the noise, so the room it turned into a sauna! Tv with broken remote control. The window overlooked a small space used as a dump for used furniture. The extra comunity receptionist who runs was dozing on the floor at night on a dirty blanket (like the whole structure) was rough and unpresentable. Everything (fortunately without breakfast) for € 203 x 2 nights in a very sensible price would cost twice as much. The photos on the sites are fake referring to past times. But no Catalan authorities do checks?

  My room is tiny and clean. I have a nice bathroom, the bed is comfy and the sheets warm. It all looks brand new. The place is very central, with walking distance to most of the major sites. The guy who checked me in has not won any service prizes, but I got the room alright.
