    I do recommend this hostile. However, I want to give a large shout out to Marta and Alex. Marta was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely personable. Alex was also awesome. There were a few issues. However, first issue is that there was no Internet, no matter what I did I could not get the Internet. One of the other staffers kept blaming it on the iPhone, which was nonsense. Another issue I had asked twice to have the bathroom lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. Third issue I heard everything from my neighbor. The walls are so thin. I heard them laughing, crying, speaking, snoring, and bathroom that was disgusting.

    Prison is more substantial than this hellhole that they have the audacity to call a youth hostel. If I found out my kids were staying here I would fly out just to save them. Pubic hairs on the bed, black mould all up the walls. I discovered several bodily fluids including semen, urine, blood and feces. This cannot be safe for children or anyone to stay in, surely the mould spores are dangerous for ones lungs. There are scratch marks on the bed, food wrappers hidden in the cracks of the bed and the apparently “fresh new bed sheets” were covered in blood, mould and pubes. Surely, it wouldnt hurt to clean before people came to stay in your room, that is your job afterall. All of us agreed to have no showers because of the dirty concrete floors and pungent smell. Please don’t subject yourself to this torture, save up and get somewhere nice, no one deserves this torture. The AC doesnt work, and the windows dont open. The one shower doesnt even lock, for a group of students I would really hope some privacy would be available. This should be reported to some sort of health service because this is surely dangerous for ones health. The lights flicker, it smells and mould covers the walls. Infact, theres wall on the mould. Honestly whoever owns this should be punished and banned from ever owning property again.

    The staff are friendly, apart from when we were told to be quiet, and it was another group of children being noisy. The rooming was okay, but occasional hairs were found in the bed, and sheets were stained yellow. The location of this hotel is good, giving that peaceful noise at night, however some people like to stand outside, whether staying in the hotel or not. It is situated next to a gym, and because of this has two entrances, also attached to a Cafe. The hostel does have a pool, but is hard to find due to lack of directions and misleading information. Overall, pretty poor experience but a good laugh with others.

    The rooms feel like a prison with rock solid mattresses. The receptionist is incredibly disrespectful and shouts at people for 'being too loud' while you are practically whispering. He called us all gay then kicked us out onto the street when we had nowhere to go. The rest of the staff were fine but the receptionist with neck and arm tattoos and black hair was genuinely the worst receptionist I have ever encountered. The meals were awful and we were given out of date food. The food was disgusting and we often went hungry. The wifi doesn't work in many areas of the hotel and has very poor connection in the places where there is signal. The air conditioning doesn't work so we had to sit downstairs until around 2am when it was cold enough to fall asleep. The shower was mouldy and the floor was covered in dirt. The key card didn't work so we had to get the receptionist to unlock the door anytime we wanted to get inside our room.The window didn't open so we had no way of ventilating the room. I genuinely think I would have a better night's sleep if I slept in a sleeping bag on the street.Avoid this hostel at all costs.

    receptionist was was really bad, we got shouted at whenever we made a noise (we were only talking) then proceeded to swear at us and push us out into the streets. telling us that we were “f…… funny” and telling us to “f..k off out of the hotel” then told us that he had recorded us for evidence on the talking we were doing. also we got in there and the sheets were stained and room was dirty, then we had trouble with heating too as it wouldn’t go lower than 28 which left everyone boiling
