    Management is questionable.We have spent 10 days in this establishment.We stayed here twice in three weeks. The first time we received an apartment that was very tiny with uncomfortable beds. Other than that, I had no complaints, until...We reserved our apartment in the beginning for five days before boarding a cruise ship where we cruised to the Canary Islands.We ask the office if it was OK to store a piece of luggage until we return 10 days later. The gentleman behind the counter told me yes, for five euro. The morning we were due to board our ship. We came down to leave one suitcase for five euro and the lady behind the counter told us that it doesn’t cost anything because we have a reservation when we return.When we did return from our cruise. There was a different lady at the front desk who was with the gentleman who told us that It would be five euro to store a luggage. She commenced to lecturing me about being present at the time he told me about five euro, and changed it to five euro a day.She then told me that the woman that I spoke to didn’t speak very good English and that she should not have said that.The same woman, who did not speak good English per this woman, allowed me to store my medication in her refrigerator until time to check in. This tells me she did understand English and was quite helpful.This other woman, who says her name is too complicated for her to tell me, has not been helpful. The gentleman that was with this woman at the time of the discussion of storing up a piece of luggage, I have not seen since. Sidenote, two different days on our last stay in the hotel, we came back to open windows. That we did not open.

    Apartment in the nice part of the city...only 10 min walking to Sagrada Familia.It is nice, clean and cozy. The staff was kind and helpful for any information we need.
