    Rooms are clean and the staff we dealt with were helpful, however, we booked on a half board basis, often the "hot" breakfast items were lukewarm and the dinner is the same menu every day, which is not good. My mum ordered a burger and was told they'd run out of buns! We ate out more than at the hotel which of course incurred a lot more expense. However, the worst thing was that the hotel had a scheduled, 8 hour power cut. They did NOT inform us at the time of booking but they knew about it a month in advance. Myself and my elderly, disabled parents were put on the top floor, which of course is not ideal when you can't use the lifts!!!! The staff said "we put notices in the lifts"....yes they did.....the day before and said it MIGHT affect the hotel. If I'd have known about it I would certainly not have booked this hotel for my break. Ended up being a very expensive mistake unfortunately.
