  I absolutely loved the apartment we booked for our stay in Barcelona. The check-in was super smooth. The apartment was spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchenette, heated towel rack, coffee machine etc. Ample storage space. Roomy bathroom and toilet. My son slept on the sofa-cum-bed, and one of the few times that the sofa, when turned into a bed, was very comfortable, and even bigger than the actual bed in the apartment! The location was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

  Great place in a nice area of Barcelona. Close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood square a few blocks away is a great place for cocktails and tapas while you relax and enjoy the evening. Staff are very helpful is you have any questions about getting around the city. The apartment was spacious and very nice with everything e needed. The only negative was noisy neighbors who stayed up late one night.

  I actually fell upon this place because the place I stayed at last time was fully booked. As someone who likes having a fridge and the ability to do one's laundry, I prefer staying at an apart-hotel over a hotel. This kitchen is stocked with the bare essentials. The fridge is pretty big and there's a dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer. However, you are only provided with 1 laundry pod and 2 dishwasher tablets during your stay. There is also a sponge, one cloth, and 2 plastic bags. You are given one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Anything else past what is provided to you must be supplied yourself. The toilet paper definitely did not last 3 girls 3 days and we required 2 more rolls. There is no kleenex or paper towels. Luckily, there is a Condis just down the street. I found the shower pressure weak and the spray to be too small, but the others found it satisfactory. Besides the over head shower, there is also a hand shower. Included toiletries: bulk shampoo/ body wash combo, and conditioner. Liquid hand soap also provided. The accommodation is bright, spacious and comfortable, although one friend found the bed too soft. One friend slept on the sofa bed and had no complaints, other than the street noise during a mid-day nap with the window open. Responsive staff, even when we had to call the 24 hour emergency number. The customer service is great. Location wise it's very convenient. About 10 min walk to the hop on/hop off stop, a subway station, and plenty of bus stops. La Pedrera is also a 10 min walk away, and you are surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. We felt very safe walking at any time of the day. Only downside is that we stayed on the first floor and the street noise is kind of loud at all times of the day, but I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Barcelona.

  We stayed here in early July for 4 nights, in the Premium Apt, 2 bedrooms with a patio on the first floor. The location was perfect, around the corner from Passeig de Gracia, minutes walk to the nearest subway station, and couple more minutes to several of Gaudi's famous sites. The unit was very quiet, very roomy and full kitchen which we used several times. The washer and dryer was also very useful, with a patio that we used sparingly. I was also happy to say the A/C worked great, especially in the peak of summer. There were grocery stores nearby as well as plenty of food options (cafe on the corner), as well as a convenience store across the street for water/drinks and detergent, etc. It was also nice to have an office at the front that helped us arrange taxi to the train station - a condo with some hotel amenities, tho that office seemed to be only manned couple hours a day and otherwise you have to contact them by email.The cons: Some of it may have been us rushing them but we arrived around noon. We were able to leave the luggage in the unit while we went out and they cleaned but it seemed cleaning wasn't as thorough as could be. As I said, maybe we got there too early and rushed their typical cleaning. The pillowcases also smelled a bit, which was a bit disconcerting.

  Broken sofa bed! Unconfortable!

  We stayed 3 nights with 3 persons, most disappointed is THE BED! me and my husband sleep in twins bed in the room (we wanted a double bed) and my mother sleep the sofa bed in the living room, but it can’t work at all, my mother can’t sleep at all because the sofa bed is unconfortable! She forced to do by changing different positions but the 2nd day, she got very pain in the back, because the central of sofa bed is much lower than all around, you are not sleep in a flat position! And the stuff for the sofa bed seems not clean, several small dirty marks in the bed sheet and pillows.We exchanged the bed with my mother at the last evening, I got pain on my back after 30mins of trial. At the end, my husband had to sleep at this big hole of bed.I can’t give high score to a hotel which can’t supply well the basic equipment. Especially we paid high price for that. Pity! Otherwise, except that the rest was perfect, the kitchen, the small garden, everything looks chic and new, and very clean. The location is perfect also.Besides, for the family with baby, do not hesitate to ask the baby bathtub and baby chair, they can supply that for free.
