Location

The guesthouse is located at the heart of Barcelona’s city centre, very near to Plaça Catalunya and 100 m from Urgell metro station. It is also very close to several popular bus routes, including one to Barcelona Airport. The guesthouse is situated approximately 4 km from the beach and Sants bus and train stations are 3 km away. Barcelona El Prat de Llobregat airport is approximately 17 km from the guesthouse.

Facility

The hostel has a lift and features 10 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Demeaning, disrespectful and deceptive service

    If you want to be groped, humiliated and lied to, come to Saint Antoni Hostal! The breakfast is miserable, they give you as much as they want, if you have to use their kitchen they kick you out or make you pay extra. They collected a deposit of 100 euros, not clear for what, which they did not return.We were insulted, bitter and lied to.

    Fraud! Be aware that this is very small hostel (not a hotel) and the toilets are not in the room (not clean either). The management is bad and does not care about guests or their own reputation. Most reviews online are paid in order to keep getting more victims to be taken advantage of!

    Awful place.We had to pay for the towel and sheets even if we said we didn't want them, had to pay 30€ because we were late, which I can understand but a day before we told him when we where gonna be there he said nothing. He also tried to make us pay 100€ of taxes when we were actually supposed to pay 80€. Very rude men, when I said that i didn't want to pay the 10€ for the towel and sheets he said that he was going to cancel our reservation. He finally said ok you dont' have to pay for the sheets but instead of that you gonna pay 40€ and not 30€ for being late... big joke. Also don't forgot to bring cash to pay the taxes, they only take cash for it.The breakfast is disgusting, the juices are soda, the pastries are the unsold of the day before ...But the staff for the breakfast are nices.The bathroom is so so so small, you can't event use the toilet normally you have to be sitting sideways. And the water is almost always really cold.The bedroom wasn't really clean, hairs on the bed, and there are electric wires hanging down.People were load during the night, not a confortable bed, etc etc...Don't go there.

    The Hostel is near Urgell subway, two stations away from Catalunya where you have multiple connections.The Hostel is a hostel, don't expect something fancy.We had a private bathroom which was great.Recommend if your planning to stay and visit intensely the city.

    We wanted a quick break in Barcelona and the hostel seemed to have a good location so we booked it. We forgot to bring the card we paid with for the hostel-fair enough to them it’s their policy they needed to see it. However, the way they dealt with the situation was very unprofessional. They kept harassing us in our room to sign papers photocopy our passports and even demand repayment. They spoke to us in a degrading tone, I was aware of possible racism in Spain but didn’t think the owners of a hostel would clearly display it. We also had a couple of our things go missing even though we locked our room whenever we left. Would not recommend.
