  Not worth the money

  The hotel lobby has a little mold smell and my room was smaller than expected for the money. The bathroom is tiny. Think hostel size shower and you have to sit sideways on the toilet to fit due to the sink being in the way. It was comical. The AC in my room did not work and there were no windows. I spoke with reception about getting another room with AC but they were fully booked. Hotel agreed to refund my payment and I made other arrangements. Come to find out Daniel at reception lied and did not refund my money, so I paid to not stay there(FRAUD).According to Expedia the hotel would not refund me because they would not release the room to be booked even though the AC did not work. Honestly, I regretted booking the hotel as soon as I saw the room before finding out the AC was out. Spend an extra 40$ for a nice place or save over 150$ and book a hostel.

  NO AC NO WIFI AND ROOMS SMOKED IN AVOID

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS NO AC NO WIFI ROOMS ARE SMOKED IN. Website claims rooms have air conditioning our room does not work took maintenance over an hour to show up the room will not cool off we got a shoulder shrug and handed a rickety fan to use. The website claims that the rooms are non smoking but the room smells like cigarettes and there are cigarettes all over the window ledge (we’re on the 3rd floor). Only one outlet in the room works so we have to choose between leaving the extremely noisy fan plugged in or being able to charge our phones. The front desk refused to refund our money so we could book annother hotel somewhere else and claims to be fully booked so we can’t be moved to another room. And to top it off they claim to have wifi but neither of our phones (one IPhone one android) will connect and neither can my tablet or his laptop.

  Perfect location for a great price.

  This is definitely a budget lover's hotel in a perfect location. The front desk staff were amazing. Helpful, attentive and friendly. Every recommendation was perfect. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The AC was cold and adjustable. We'll definitely return.

  Located close to shops, metros and everything you need. Helpful staff, can leave luggage with them. No window in room and doors paper thin, can hear the noise of lift and in corridor but otherwise couldn't fault hotel. Very clean, would definitely recommend.

  Hotel is in an ideal location. Has a tight lift but set of stairs. The room we was in had a spacious bathroom but not much in the rooms like a table. One long pillow and a square one which was uncomfortable. Not much of a view from outside. During night could hear people walking in the corridors and making noise due to the thin walls. Overall price we paid was costly but due to the location was handy. Metro station not far and shops/Boqueria market is in walking distance. The staff let us keep our bags before check in and even after we checked out due to an evening flight which was really helpful. AC in the rooms was good too
