Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, near the cathedral and a few metres from the famous Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Shopping venues are about 100 m away and the bus and railway station are some 4 minutes’ walk. Nightspots are about a 10-minute walk away and Barcelona Airport is approximately 15 km from the establishment.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1914. 71 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     We enjoyed this hotel. They allowed us to check in at 9:30am as soon as we arrived. A very personable gentleman showed us to our room and helped us settle in. The room was nice and as expected. The bed was very comfortable. Despite the location, it was very quiet. We enjoyed our complimentary glass of cava with tapas in the restaurant. The location was amazing. We stayed three nights and would stay here again. We booked early, and then I checked the price a few weeks before, and it had decreased substantially, so I canceled and rebooked.     Great little hotel very close to all tourist attractions. Marco on reception was super helpful advising on places to eat and visit on arrival. Room for two adults and a teenager was a very comfortable and spacious superior triple room. Breakfast was also excellent a must to start your day well.
