I loved this place. The service was friendly and helpful. The cost was not too bad for Barcelona in July. The actual apartment was beautiful and spacious, and equipped with everything you need. It had 3 nice balconies with tables and chairs. It had a great view of the streets below and the air conditioning was amazing, beds were also quite comfortable. And the apartment was very clean. The only downside is that this place is around a 35 minute walk from the beach. But overall totally recommend lovely place!

If you are looking for something comfortable, basic, with a great location for exploring the city this is a perfect place. We stayed with two 14 years olds so the twin with the en-suite was perfect for them. With Las Ramblas no more than a 10 min walk the location is perfect and next plenty of coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep if rather not drift out too far We explored every spot of Barca from this apartment and for the price was ideal as base us a nice base with plenty of room, better than a hotel definitely.

Wow the photosCertainly didn’t match the apartment. The whole apartment needed a paint and some tlc The living room mirror has a massive crack running through it, all the Ikea furniture was chipped. The spare duvet in the wardrobe was covered in short and curlies. The mattress protectors were covered in stains,The curtains were hanging of the rails, the washing machine was broken and the hairdryer nearly caused a fire. Then apartment was no way soundproofed against traffic or people.The list goes on and on. Luckily weWereOnly visiting for 2 nights !!

Stayed here May 2018 & we loved it. Returned May 2019. Second time that we arrived by cruise ship. Stayed 4 nights. Loved it just as much. Emailed Erik (manager) & asked for the same apartment & got it.Apt. 2-3 is on Nou de la Rambla, not Parallel. At the end of our stay, Erik showed me another apt. on Parallel. Also very nice.Hope we get to return & stay in the other one, just for variety.Location is great!

We stayed here for my sister in laws hen night. The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the apartments are close to las ramblas. They are reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. Letting us leave the bags in a vacant room on the last day. I would definitely recommend staying here with a large group.
