  I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room through Booking.com and paid a 50% deposit upfront. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled in September 2024, so I couldn't make the trip. Despite numerous attempts to get a refund, the hotel has not returned my payment to this day. Booking.com has also been unhelpful in resolving the issue. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable.

  Dirty Building, Dirty Neighborhood

  Our apartment was around the corner from the inauspicious check in desk. The lobby and stairwell were dirty, and uncared for. Most of the neighborhood is dirty, overcrowded and noisy, presenting Barcelona at its worst. Likely the only possible reason for staying here is the price, A/C and wifi, but would recommend considering twice before staying.

  Appartment clean and nice, but that's the only positive thing to say. Bathroom smelled badly, kitchen really not well equipped. Staff neutral.On our booking it showed a nice terasse on the other site of the building, but we got this!

  Arrived mid afternoon Friday. To say the apartment is sparse is an understatement! Living room mirror has a massive crack through it, dining table chair broken , Ikea furniture all chipped, curtains hanging of rail in twin room, inside windows filthy, washing machine un usable because door handle is broken, bathrooms have no waste bins or plugs, fridge has someone else’s ice in and dirty, bath towels stained!! I could go on and on, luckily only here for 2 nights what a letdown 😡

  This has to be the worst place I’ve stayed. Upon arrival we tried to gain entrance to the building to speak to the concierge. He was not there and we were waiting for about 10 mins before he came. When he came he just said you should have called me, when in fact we did not have his number, I would have expected an apology for his absence and making us wait but he did not apologise. We then finished the paperwork and went to our apartment. The apartment was dirty. Staines all of the wall and floor. I opened the fridge and found mould inside and also leftover fried food in the fridge. I went to microwave my food and the microwave moved back and saw mould all underneath the microwave.We had a five day stay and 3 out of the 5 days we were sent to different rooms to have a shower, we asked them to move rooms and they refused. I was in the middle of my shower then all of a sudden the water went freezing cold, I could not continue my shower so I went to the concierge and told him, he said he will send maintenance and we were waiting for an hour and a half and no one came. We had something planned but we missed it and wasted our whole day and that’s when he decided to let us shower in a different apartment.I do not recommend this place at all purely due to the lack of cleanliness, NO HOT WATER and attitude of staff. We had to buy disinfectant and clean the place ourselves before we felt comfortable in the apartment. Also every time you opeb the bathroom door it seems as if the ceiling will fall. I also forgot to mention I saw people in the lobby and they also did not have no hot water. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
