    The disgrace of Turkish tour operators, Montserrat Hotel & Training Center..

    We came from Turkeye with my family as 5 peoğle, through turkish tour organizers tur312, jollytur, tatilbudur, gezinomi …. as a team of 40 people, family and children came to the hotel for touristic... Hotel rooms are dirty. The bathroom and shower are too repulsive to be stepped on. There is not even soap. There are no curtains ,fridge, water and Air condition. I still don't know why.. The sad thing is that turkish tour operators Companys mentioned above have regretfully advised us to accept this as normal and acceptable… Definitely do not take credit for the words of these companies. They're dishonest and they don't know about their contracts..

    Much Better Than Other Reviews Suggest!

    I stayed at here for a 5 day break. I used it as a training base for cycling, swimming and running as I'm training for a long distance triathlon. I was surprised to read the other reviews, because my experience was very different. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I had a great view of Mt. Montserrat from my balcony. The facilities were great, nice pool, bar etc. The breakfast was great. It's also a really nice location for cyclists and runners. It wasn't plush of fancy, but for the price it was incredible value and I would highly recommend this hotel.

    The breakfast was nice, but the hotel was hard to reach from Barcelona city. We also had several problems with the room ranging from ants, fungi in the bathroom and a leg of my bed not being properly attached so it has to be balanced to keep the bed straight.

    Receptionist was really nice and helpful. The view especially by the swimming pool was superb. The breakfast was also great. I wouldn’t call it a hotel though, i would imagine it’s more suited for students and work related retreats. It would have been fine if not for the not so clean room.

    Not really a hotel, it’s more like a student halls of residence. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was a good size and had amazing views over the rock formation opposite, however.... it was cold, dirty (walls and floor) and the bathroom small in size. Didn’t stay for the buffet dinner but had buffet breakfast which was adequate - although it felt like a school canteen. The pool looked good but I didn’t use it.I wouldn’t return because of the student feel and the dirty rooms.
