    We booked two family rooms directly on the hotel’s website with a Bed & Breakfast rate, but we never received a proper confirmation with the booking details.Upon arrival, the hotel claimed our reservation was “Room Only”, even though we never selected that option.The email they later forwarded as “confirmation” had never been sent to us and contained no valid booking information.Staff were often unhelpful and at times rude, which made our stay uncomfortable.We have already filed an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

    Great location, great price and far better than hotel rating. Room with a balcony and couldn't get much more central. Definitely would recommend the hotel.

    Had to cancel our vacation due to medical reasons. Hotel was notified a week before our stay but they would not refund any of money for the 3 night stay we had booked. Very disappointed! Emailed the hotel and the United who booked the room for us.

    This hotel is amazing! Friendly, clean and welcoming, but quiet too. The best showers I’ve ever had in any hotel, including 5*. Really convenient for sight seeing around Barcelona, good for buses and metro but not too far to walk to places of interest either. Staff go above board to help with maps and information. There is a fridge in the room, and we had our own travel kettle, but the the cafe/restaurant next door is good too. Would certainly use again and highly recommend to family and friends too.

    Constanza Hotel Barcelona is an excellent value for quality and money. Large reception and very large rooms (especially 503). Nice view and very helpful staff. Highly recommended. PS: be very careful with city pickpockets I lost my watch in a split second.
