  Not recommended! Waste of time and money.

  Oh, what a stay… I booked the room with breakfast in advance, but when I arrived, it wasn’t booked... That’s how it all started.I chose the option to have food delivered to the room, bar was too noise. From the kids’ menu, a meal was supposed to come with ice cream, but it was missing. I had to go downstairs to get it and even had to prove to the staff that it was included on the menu. The next morning, when I went for breakfast, my name was listed, but I had to go to the desk again to confirm that I had already paid for it. They kept saying that I had booked the gym instead. I was there with my 5-year-old child, trying to get breakfast, and they told me I had booked a gym session. I didn’t think it could get worse than that.As for the breakfast itself, it wasn’t good at all. If you’re just looking for a quick stay, don’t book breakfast, a waste of time and money. You’d be better off going to a local petrol station get a costa coffee.To finish, if you can book somewhere else, I’d recommend doing so. They don’t seem interested in your stay at all. Hostel better! It was a complete waste of time and money.

  Nice hotel but noisy!

  Hotel staff are really lovely and rooms are ok, basic but do the job! Transport links into London are fab, stayed for the London marathon and made it really easy getting there in the morning. However not due to the fault of the hotel, but the car park and road is incredibly noisy. I haven’t seen many reviews about this so I’m unsure if it was a bad weekend for it or because our room was right at the front where cars were pulling in but the noise from cars and the road outside the hotel was horrific. Not a place to stay if you want a peaceful night or early night. Cars were racing up and down the road outside the hotel and sitting in the car park revving loud engines for hours until late. Appeared to be gym users so not much the hotel can do but kept me and my partner up for hours, wouldn’t return just due to this. Even shutting our room window, could hear it all.
