  SCAM ALERT FOREINGERS BEWARE

  HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!!!!, we were six girls that took this apartment when we got there they asked us to give security deposit and pay tourist tax and they told us that we will recieve the 200 euro security deposit back as long as we did not break anything and we agreed, throughtout our stay we had wifi problems problems with heating etc. Finally it came time for us to go home they house we in perfect shape, and we took pictures and videos of everything incase they tried to lie and say we broke something (which we felt would happen), when we left they told us that they were going to take the security deposit we ask them why and they told us three different stories, first they said we broke the heating system, then they said no we actually broke the kitchen sink, then finally, they changed a third time and said we broke their oven. We took pictures and videos of the oven before left and made sure we had a time stamp of the video of the oven and again the oven was working perfectly. We told them that we have evidence that we didnt do this and they did not agree. We then asked for proof that we broke the oven in which they proceeded to send us a very face photoshopped picture of the oven, it was so photoshopped it was laughable, we said for them to send us videos and they denied our request and proceeded to take money out of our accounts. Everything about this place is a scam!!!! pls, in total we paid more for this apartment than we even anticipated.   The apartments themselves are in need of a refurb with cheap fit and finish and clearly haven’t stood up well to the west and tear with holes in walls and loose trims, drawers that don’t open etc.Poorly equipped kitchen, we didn’t have a kettle but did have a washing machine 🤷‍♂️Couldn’t get the safe to work when we arrived, very noisey apartment, so much so that we couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom at all during our stay.Apartment wasn’t really clean and even though we stayed for 1 week and were told we would have a towel change and maid service…we didn’t get that at all. Potentially to be good with a bit more care and attention and a bit of investment. I wouldn’t stay again.   An Adequate Stay

  Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. We found it strange how we had to collect the keys from a separate building which was a 10 min drive away. We then couldn’t use the electric key until, luckily, someone came out as we tried to get it. The apartment itself was here nice and spacious, 2 bed, 2 bath, nice kitchen but no kettle, soap or tea towels. Good location, walkable distance from main square.   Stayed for 2 nights pre cruise. Perfectly adequate for the 4 of us in a 2 bed apartment. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Location was good. But the nonsense of picking up the keys in another location after arriving on a hot day was not needed. Taxi from airport to main reception, another taxi back to the apartment. It wasn’t explained properly how to use the electronic key. Luckily someone came out just as we arrived and showed us. Big kitchen but no tea towels to dry washing up. Dustpan but no brush. Have stayed nearby in much better. ( that place full ). Seemed to be full of groups. Hen parties and stag do’s. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
