    Absolute nightmare. Unsafe hotel and no help from customer service .Our rooms got robbed and hotel security cameras did not notice anyone entering not a single room out of 5 rooms. Besides us few other rooms were robbed. Did not feel safe and do not recommend !     Located in the City centre one of the best apartments I have stayed in Barcelona. Excellent interiors and spacious with a balcony. You can check in at Sants station and they provide you a free drop. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.     Terrible attention to Custumer

    Although the location is perfect they do not have any commitment with the guests, the check-in is complicated, and the equipments only meet the bare minimum. We have 2 bookings in sequence to another. I phoned them as told, they were supposed to come in an hour so we did not have to worry in going up to the reception again. I told them I had an appointment (so I had to leave at said hour) and they said it would not be a problem. I waited past the time and they did not come.As the other time I asked for extra things, they did not pay attention to us. So, if you expect to have any help or attention from them, just forget it.     Good room, ok location, NOT WORTH staying here!!!

    Because I booked this through hotels.com I assumed that it was a "hotel-style" apartment, but it is not! The biggest issue is that there is no reception on-site. So to check-in you have to go to a different location and either wait a long time for a shuttle or pay for your own taxi. The phone in the room did not connect to the reception and the only way I could communicate with the reception was via email (very slow responses and none overnight!). I told them numerous times that the phone doesn't work and nothing was done about it. They CHARGE EXTRA for cleaning, which is difficult with small kids! They didn't even refresh towels until I send a strong email on Day 3! Another big thing, especially for longer stays: they don't take out the garbage. Apparently this is all in the fine print....so please read all of that before committing. I would not have paid 1000 euros for 4 nights for essentially no service. The cherry on top is that the elevator was not working when we were checking out and of course, we had no one in reception to inform and so my husband had to bring down our 3 suitcases down 4 flights of stairs!While the location is good in that it is well connected by public transport, it is actually not in walking distance from most of the city's major attractions if you have young kids. But actually the location was not bad overall and we would've liked it had it not been for the horrible experience overall.     Best flat we've ever rented in Barcelona

    Forget about the dodgy flats for rent on Airbnb and local rental agency sites in Barcelona. This is the best flat we've stayed in Barcelona, and believe me, we've stayed in lots of places as we visit the city at least once a year. Clean, well equipped and maintained. The free shuttle service from the check-in place (near Sans train station) and the free weekly cleaning service are a very nice touch as well. If you book directly from their website, not Booking.com, as we did, you also get a free rental Fiat 500 at your dispossal.
