Surpassed our expectations

From the first minute that we walked into the lobby in early May 2026 and met the staff we felt welcome. Kim took us under his wing, and was so thoughtful. Our experience lasted almost a week, and each day they showed us how much they were willing to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, with a large bathroom, espresso machine that I used daily, and the balcony blew us away. It was huge with two lounge chair and two small chairs. Plenty of room to relax. The rooftop bar and pool were a great place to end the day. The location was only four blocks from Passeig De Gracia. In fact, the first night we went to a rooftop performance at Casa Batllo, and we strolled there and back.

Shame could have been good

Spent good money for a good room. The room was modern and bed was comfortable. The complete negative was the A/C every single time you left the room and returned you had to get the maintenance man to reset the system because it would not work. It started with “wait 15mins” and still nothing, then they reset it. Maintenance men were tipped with some big euro notes to no avail. If you can tolerate the heat from hell then this might be the hotel for you. P.s if you ask where your towels are after maid has been. She will arrive quite promptly and THROW them into your room literally. P.p.s Bed is still one the best I’ve stayed in. Don't expect personal belongings to be turned in

The hotel is good, but it was a pity the cleaning staff didin't turn in a pair of progressive eyeglasses I forgot. Perfect stay

We have just returned from 3 days in Barcelona staying at Hotel Cram. It is very difficult to find fault with this hotel. Our experience from arrival to departure was excellent. Our room was perfect with lots of space and light a fabulous shower with the added bonus of Rituals toiletries. We enjoyed breakfast on our last day, there is so much selection and all beautifully fresh, only the coffee machine baffled us but that's probably just us! The hotel is very well located for the city centre, just a short walk to the main areas and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We would also like to comment on how efficient the reception staff were, both on arrival and departure, very attentive and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Cram in the future. Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff.. but really could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the room plus a bit of English speaking TV.. Apart from that really enjoyed staying there.
