Location

The historic hotel lies just 1.5 km from the beach. Centrally located on the Passeig Colom Promenade, the hotel is to be found in the Barri Gòtic, the Gothic Quarter.     We had a nice time here - started in the Duquesa Suites and swapped to the Duquesa de Cardona for the same price and was significantly nicer. Well located and really really friendly staff - particularly Fernando who made every breakfast a joy!!

    Our stay here was wonderful, very walkable to the beach but also city centric. Fernando met us for breakfast every morning and really made our day. The first hour sets the tone for the entire day and he could not have been more accomodating! Thank you Fernando! You were so nice to us!!

    For several years now, whenever we are in Barcelona, we stay at this hotel, which combines high-class rooms with excellent and very friendly service. In addition, the breakfasts are rich and very tasty, and the food on the terrace, which we tried recently, was very good. And we are foodies :-)The hotel also has a very convenient location for exploring the Gothic Quarter and is close to the cruise ship port.Highly recommended!
