  The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had a full size fridge and freezer with all the kitchen utensils needed. There is a small clothes washer. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Famila, 40 minute walk to Park Guell, and about 35 minute walk to the old Town and Borne area. The staff was wonderful. They even arranged to have a taxi pick us up the last day. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Check google reviews and Facebook for real review. As this place is a complete scam!!!!! My family and I rented 4 rooms and conveniently all got robbed during the day while we were out. The apartments are not secure what so ever!! The patio doors face 4 other buildings and do not lock even when showing they are locked. One apartment even has a staircase leading up to the patio and doors do not lock. They have several reviews that state the card keys are copied, and they do nothing to fix problem, take that as you will. Management is completely nonchalant about the break-in and even dare to question how a break in is possible when half of these reviews can tell you that the keys have been copied. If you would like piece of mind during your trip save yourself the worry and stay somewhere else! This business is a complete scam. Estas revisiones son tan precisas hoy como hace 4 años. Mi familia y yo alquilamos 4 habitaciones y convenientemente a todas nos robaron durante el día mientras estábamos fuera. ¡Los apartamentos no son seguros! Las puertas del patio dan a otros 4 edificios y no se cierran incluso cuando muestran que están cerradas. Un apartamento incluso tiene una escalera que conduce al patio y las puertas no se cierran con llave. Tienen varias revisiones que indican que las claves de las tarjetas se copian y no hacen nada para solucionar el problema, tómalo como quieras. La gerencia es completamente indiferente sobre el allanamiento e incluso se atreve a cuestionar cómo es posible un allanamiento cuando la mitad de estas revisiones pueden decirle que las llaves han sido copiadas. Si desea tranquilidad durante su viaje, ¡ahórrese la preocupación y quédese en otro lugar! Este negocio es una completa estafa.

  Lovely apartment with excellent service

  The apartment was lovely with a balcony looking into a beautiful courtyard. Several nights we saw other people having dinner as we did on the balcony. Had a nice local feeling. One of the days the power went out, and we eventually figured out it was a power line issue, which they fixed within the day after a call. It would have been challenging if it wasn't as there was a heat wave and not having ac would have been pretty hard.

  Lovely, clean and central apartment

  We’ve just returned from 3 fabulous nights in the 1 bed apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and brilliantly sited in the centre of the city. We had a little balcony that looked over the tree tops on the street below. The apartment was very well equipped and it was lovely to relax there after hectic days walking around the city.If you do book, just beware that once in the building the apartment is not very well signed so it took us quite a while (and a call to the office) to find it! The office is a few streets away and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They let us leave our cases there when we arrived until check in time at 2pm and they gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants (Viticus was amazing - thank you!) . We’d definitely return.

  The unit was old, it was ok, air conditioner did not work, The area was wonderful for walking and exploring. The people are so wonderful and friendly and eager to assist. Rich history!
