  Great hotel,food is very good,the stuff is very nice and polite..the total experience was 4/5,...why 4/5???just becaouse the hotel has a spa/pool,but if you have a childrens under 16 years old,they are not allowed to the spa area-pool...this was a total minus,but this is not the reason i would not recomend this hotel.Also when making reservation,there was no note about children not aloweed to the spa/pool.

  Behind the walls … pure relaxation - beautiful setting

  The outside of the hotel does not show the amazing grounds with lots of nooks to sit and relax and admire the gorgeous surroundings Lovely restaurant settings , bar and helpful reception The hotel is a great size , so you can feel you have space to relax Lovely pool and pool bar Great location to visit so many amazing places

  What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.

  Disappointing food

  I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. The pre-ordered evening meals were okay but nothing special and certainly not the tasty Italian dishes I had anticipated. The vegetarian main course one evening was a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomato, nothing else, which was insubstantial. What felt uncomfortable was having to walk through a superior dining room to reach that used by tour groups; I expect the 'fine diners' were unsettled by the hoi poloi walking between their tables. Dessert one evening was spoilt by a maggot crawling out of my neighbour's semi-freddo decorated with fruit! The waiter apologised and offered a replacement which was declined. No senior member of staff emerged to offer a more heartfelt apology. I would not choose to stay here again.

  Lovely hotel, lovely staff - but unfortunately some negatives!We had Room 290 on the far end of the building, and as it was extremely windy we suffered from vibrations from the drainpipe - it sounded like snoring! Every night :(The room was clean and comfortable, but I would say that the bedside lights (fixed to the headboard) are useless - I couldn't read my book in bed as the light was on the wrong side. Please change for lights on stalks! We had a bath (which looked like a medieval torture system) rather than a shower, and no instructions as to how to use it. Suffice it to say that when we did figure out the shower hose, the plug cover didn't open very far so we couldn't let the water out. The same problem in the sink, but this time the plug cover didn't fit so all the water ran away.Food was excellent - shame about the rooms in which it was served! The noise level when full was unbelievable with everyone shouting at each other. Solution - more soft furnishings and/or lower the ceilings. Breakfast was adequate apart from the twenty minute queue to get to the coffee machine when the restaurant opened at 0730. These dining rooms are used by coach parties (Travelsphere, Titan and loads of French and German visitors), so if you can imagine a couple of hundred people trying to use TWO coffee machines at the same time...Apart from these minor niggles, a beautiful hotel!!
