  Apartment with everything

  My adult son and I stayed for 7 nights in apartment 52 which accommodated us perfectly. The space included a terrace with retractable shade and furniture so that we could use this area frequently, giving us extra space. The washer/dryer was handy & there was a hanging rail, iron & ironing board, as well as a well equipped kitchen. The area was quiet and we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.What made our stay outstanding was Andy in reception. He was helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable & saw to our every needs.   Lots of room!

  We had so much space in this room and the separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out really nicely. The hotel had lockers on site to drop our luggage until check in time. It was a short 10 minute walk to Sagrada familia. It was very clean. There is a refrigerator, oven, microwave and washer also. I was a little nervous about not having reception on site at night, but it all worked out nicely. Highly recommend!   Great Space - Clean and Safe

  I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Spain! The place was clean, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. We had our own private balcony, perfect for enjoying dinner or drinks in the evening.The location was excellent, with a metro station right nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable.A huge thanks to Andy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and thanks to his tips, we discovered some of the best spots in the area. His kindness and helpfulness made us feel at ease throughout our stay.Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations with its great location, spacious accommodations, and exceptional service.   The hotel is situated a short walk from Sagrada Familia and many other attractions. There are a number of restaurants and cafes very close by including a lovely little cafe a few steps away from the apartments. There are numerous souvenir shops that are well priced and a supermarket that is also walking distance. The apartments themselves were exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are a good size and there is space for your suitcases and somewhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom too. The bedrooms all have their own en-suites with showers.There is a sofa and TV (we took our fire stick)as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and electric hobs. There is a washing machine with dryer function as well as a clothes drying rack. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In the kitchen you will also find a coffee machine and in the cupboards we found various kitchen utensils as well as a toaster and kettle. The whole apartment was spotless. The apartments are only cleaned every 7 days, however you can pay extra and have this service done in between. There is free WiFi with good signal. We were lucky enough to also have a balcony but this does overlook residential housing.At reception we were greeted by Andy, who already knew who we were before we approached the desk. I thought this was such a lovely personal touch as he knew our names already and was so very welcoming and warm. Andy was our go to for everything. From recommending places to visit to getting us transportation, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an incredible person that made our stay a fantastic one. Andy took his time to talk us through everything we would need during our stay and marked all the places he recommended on a map he provided. He is an absolute credit to Eric Vokel.On our departure we sadly missed him but we had the pleasure of meeting Saran. We checked out early and needed to leave our suitcases someplace safe while we waited for our transport and had one last explore of the local area. Saran was incredibly helpful and helped us to put our suitcase in the lockers provide by the apartments for situations like this. Andy had advised us of this earlier in the week and Saran organised this beautifully for us. I would highly recommend these apartments for many reasons- the location is outstanding, the apartments themselves were well kitted out to make your stay an easy one. The highlight was definitely the staff. Andy is guaranteed to make your stay a pleasant one. A big big thank you to Saran too.   Spacious clean apartment-style hotel in walking distance to Sagrada Familia

  Spacious apartment-style hotel with kitchenette, washer/dryer, and patio. The unit is roomy though the bathroom is tight, and we ended up using the kitchen sink to brush teeth and wash up. The washer/dryer was useful though slow (5h to complete the wash/dry cycle). The furnishings are basic and minimalist, but clean. AC was excellent. Location is tucked into a quiet alley within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi houses. Metro stations very close to visit Park Guell, Barceloneta, La Rambla, and Mercat de La Boqueria. The concierge Sara, was extremely helpful and happy to provide a wealth of useful information.My husband and I are getting to the phase in life we prefer more luxurious accommodations, but this would be ideal for a small family or more extended stay.
