Location

Located in the historic Eixample area, on Industria Street 165, the hotel is exceptionally well located, being a 3-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia, a 5-minute metro ride on Line 5 to the main shopping area Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and to luxury-brand stores. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about a 10-minute drive away. Barcelona El Prat de Llobregat Airport is about 20 km away.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1900. 17 apartments are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Other services include a transfer service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service.     This property excels in cleanliness, facilities, and location. Navigating the city is effortless thanks to an extensive public transport network, including the metro and bus systems, and several major attractions are within easy walking distance. While there is no on-site restaurant, you'll find excellent dining options nearby serving a variety of cuisines. For those who prefer to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is a great asset, with supermarkets just a short stroll away. The reception is staffed from 9 am to 5 pm, but a self-check-in kiosk is available for arrivals outside these hours. The team is incredibly helpful and even arranged an early morning taxi for our departure.

    The place is ok & clean, but the water system is out for 1 day. No cleaning or refill of anything after used or finished. Cannot reach reception.

    It's an amazing property that's updated and safe.Overall it's in a great location with major streets views, but surprisingly no noise inside the property.     Convenient Stay with Great Value Near Sagrada Familia

    We had a pleasant stay at Eric Vökel Sagrada Familia Apartments. The location is decent—while it’s not in the heart of Barcelona, it’s just a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Other attractions are a bit further, so a commute is required for more sightseeing.The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-equipped. We booked two rooms with two bathrooms, which worked perfectly for our group. The elevator is small, so it might feel cramped with large luggage, but it wasn’t a major issue.The staff was attentive and friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast package that came with our direct booking. The breakfast was generous and added great value to our stay.Overall, Eric Vökel Sagrada Familia Apartments offered a comfortable, well-priced option for our trip. While not in the city center, the location near the Sagrada Familia and the helpful staff made it a solid choice for families or groups looking for good value in Barcelona.

    We stayed for 3 nights in late November in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. There is a kettle and washing machine in the room with a rack. Everything was clean and modern. Note that reception only opens strictly from 9 am to 5 pm. Also they only provide 2 toilet rolls and when we had finished using them, we were asked to purchase more from the supermarket opposite. Nonetheless, it was a conveniently located near to Sagrada Familia and lots of restaurants and food options. The best bakery, Bou is located just round the corner where we had croissants, apple tarts and pastries every morning!
