Location

This hotel is located in L'Hospitalet, around 4 km from Barcelona city centre. The conference and exhibition centre is in the immediate vicinity, about 1 km away, the Plaza España is around 2 km away and it is around 10 km to the airport.

Facility

16 single rooms and 100 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Stayed here for 4 nights in may 26, pictures make the place look way better than it actually is, we were in room 518 which had 2 singles pushed together as a double that we paid for, the shower head was broken and water just poured out rather than coming out as a shower should, the towel rail and shampoo holders were both loose and coming away from the wall, the glass sink had a crack all the way threw it, shower door did not close fully due to rubbing on the ceiling ( all of this was reported to which they said they will look at it!) also there is no tea or coffee making stuff in the room which I will admit it didn't look at when booking, all in all I would rather spend more and ensure a better stay in a better hotel

    I don’t usually write reviews but very disappointed.Overpriced. We stayed for one night. Checked in at 2am which is always a nice bonus to have late check in.However, 2 aircon units in the room… both didn’t work. it was boiling all night. Bathroom was dirty/stained including shower.Our balcony door handle was hanging off. Pillows were very flat.Overall sleep was terrible due to the heat.Wouldn’t stay again.

    Nice stay at this hotel. The plus side: very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet and restaurant food very good (especially pizzas). Nice spacious hotel. The negatives - not such a great location for us as it was too far from the city centre, expensive bar for drinks and a very odd bathroom layout with a broken shower that was not fixed, despite reporting it. Rooms need a little updating just in the bathroom area. Not great storage. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel & we would stay again if we were not needing to be in the city centre that much. Good hotel for a business stay for a night or two.

    Currently staying here for 2 nights.Reception staff at check-in was very friendly, no complaints. Had to request to change room as the aircon was leaking causing a pool of water around the entrance way/sink.Room was decent and clean, nothing special. A positive is that there was a fridge in the room (petrol station less than 5 minutes if you want some drinks). Metro is 5-10 minute walk, as is a big shopping centre or IKEA.Specifically booked this hotel as there is a pool, but... it's not heated and too cold to take my 6year old into.No intention of using other facilities here....just wishing I'd saved money and booked a travelodge instead! Won't return, cannot recommend.
