Location

Located in the heart of the Eixample district, just 200 m from Paseo de Gracia, the hotel is right in the trendiest sphere of Barcelona and in close proximity to outstanding restaurants, boutiques, means of transportation and cultural sites. Facility

98 non-smoking rooms are available. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email.     The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, with a cold air conditioning system that we really appreciated. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to many parts of the city, which made it very convenient for exploring.However, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were not very helpful, and we didn’t feel welcomed. The service lacked warmth, and overall customer service at the front desk needs improvement.While the room and location were great, better hospitality from the reception team would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

    Fabulous location, central to all the main sights. Quiet room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Bar area and terrace have lots of atmosphere. Louisa was terrific for the spa treatment in the Wellness Centre. Rafael and the team in guest services ensured everything was excellent.

    I booked this hotel through BA holiday flight+hotel. Check-in time was 3 pm but we reached hotel around 11,30 AM, we were allocated a room straightway without charging extra unlike most hotels do. Reception staff were amazing and always went extra mile to help the customers. Breakfast team were amazing, being vegetarians choice are less but they made every efforts to cook something for us. Food quality is good. Room amenities are very good, we had booked superior room. House keeping kept the room unto mark every single day in our 3 night stay. On top of this, the location is excellent, walkable to most of the attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists on short visit to Barcelona.
