    We got robbed in this hotel — two pairs of Nike sneakers worth 100 euros were stolen, even though they were neatly packed in the suitcase!Total disappointment, especially since we only discovered it when we got home.Avoid this place!

    Horrible..The pictures are as old as the hotel - Bad, Bad, Bad

    This place is NOT a 4 star hotel as it advertises. The pictures on the website as well as Expedia, American Airlines Hotels etc are fake..they are as old as the building. The room is horrible and smelled, the TV was falling off the wall, there was mold in the bathroom etc. Complained and they said there was another room but the room was the same. Total scam and a waste of $$$$ - Left and went to a true 4-Star hotel for NYE. Do not ever book this hotel.

    The location is in the best condition.The staff are the best.The lobby and luggage storage room are small.The double room did not have a double bed, so they made do by putting two beds together.There is no electric kettle in the room, but you can request one from the reception.The door to the room has no eyelets or chains.No cameras were seen in the hallways.The quality of the towels is not great, but they are usable.

    Lovely hotel in the middle of Barcelona. Lovely breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks. Easy check-in process. Very large beds and very comfortable beds, fell asleep easily and happily. Nice showers, very powerful and hot. Just a very good stay.

    This is a central hotel in Barcelona, easily accessible by metro and very safe to walk around even at night. The room was OK, it was dark and the window looked out onto a wall. No iron, kettle but there is a minibar. The shower was good. It is not cheap but hotels in this part of Barcelona never are. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality.
