This hotel is located in Terrassa, which is well known for its Roman churches of Sant Pere and Sant Miquel.     Ons verblijf (1–2 augustus) voldeed totaal niet aan de standaard die van een viersterrenhotel verwacht mag worden: onhygiënische kamers en badkamers, ontbrekend bed, gevaarlijke renovatiewerkzaamheden en onprofessionele service rondom het oplaadpunt voor elektrische voertuigen. Het hotel reageerde pas na meer dan drie weken en nam de klachten niet serieus.Our stay (1–2 August) was far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel: unhygienic rooms and bathrooms, missing bed, hazardous renovation works, and unprofessional service regarding the EV charging point. The hotel only responded after more than three weeks and did not take the complaints seriously.

    Superb food in a stunning interior designed hotel!The room was spacious, and toiletries were provided , friendly staff.This is a smart, clean and friendly hotel, which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Terrassa.Hotel is in a great location and easy walking distance to the train if coming from Barcelona.Breakfast is delicious!The only thing to mention is - No water kettle in room 😩

    On our way back to the Uk from Almeria in Spain, we decided to use this hotel as a stopover before continuing our journey to Lyon in France and then again into Calais.What a great hotel. Very conveniently positioned close to the main road we travelled on , but not too close. We had secure underground parking and then entered a very smart hotel reception area, where we were quickly checked in. This hotel is dog friendly and they gave us a goody bag for our dog which had some treats and some play toys. The room we had was excellent with first class facilities including g the best shower with complimentary toiletries. We had an excellent nights sleep and then went to breakfast. Choices were good and sufficient, so we were well fed before continuing on our journey. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers and we will definitely be using it on our next trip to Southern Spain and back.     EAR PLUGS NEEDED

    I spent 8 nights in the Hotel. As so many before me i really suggest ear plugs. Without them it could be a terrible night. You here the neighbours everywhere, the bar in the center of the Hotel and the 4 lane street in front it.Thanks to the paper thin walls i spent one night listening to my neighbour and his Hooker.TERRIBLE.I know that they couldn`t control that but with better sound proofed rooms it wouldn´t be a problem.The rooms are nice and clean and the Breakfast is very good. Therefore the two stars.     Amazing sized room in this circular built hotel after talking with Reception staff polite ,helpful with all our requirements.Good humour made you feel welcome from the moment you walked in.Room on 4th floor views over several areas ,openable window which helped to maintain the right room temperature air conditioning available.Bed very comfortable.Spacious bathroom with easy to use shower beautiful towels etc.Helpful staff for all your additional cups,towels.TV and Internet, tea and coffee making facilities and fridge.Everywhere spotless very relaxing chairs and table in front of large windows.Quiet at night.Restaurant and bar available inside or out.Near Metro station ,shops cafes etc 10 minute walk to Ramblas. Under ground car parking available ample street parking also.Car rental desk in reception.Good value for money.
