    Super busy hotel. Check-in was a bit cumbersome but the front desk person was friendly enough. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes! The hallways & the hotel rooms all reeked of cigarette smoke and the perfumey stuff they used to attempt masking the smell. It was overwhelming & headache-inducing. The bed was comfortable and there were nightstands on each side, but the power outlets were under the nightstands--very inconvenient for two people wanting to charge devices at bedside. The room had a mini fridge with two waters inside, which was nice.The shower/tub combo has decent water pressure, and the hot water stayed hot. The magnifying mirror was an excellent touch. The towels were ok.The WiFi was strong and password protected (yay!). Breakfast was plentiful. Parking is on the street. Unless they can clean up the horrid smell, I would definitely look elsewhere the next time I'm in the area.

    The hotel room is depressing with bars on the window, so dark it makes home look like a sun holiday. Hotel says they are booked out and can’t help us. Love holidays when we called said there was nothing they could do to help us. Feeling trapped. Was so excited to come to a 4 star hotel in Barcelona …Here right now and feeling unsupported and sad. 😢

    Agoda, it's so disgusting.The reservation date was wrong, and you didn't have to cancel it without getting a refund, so I changed the check-out on the 2nd to the 1st and asked for an invoice, but the hotel said noI made a call with the hotel, and they said it was possible as long as it wasn't a refund, so I asked them to contact Agoda, but Agoda kept saying noWhen they checked, the hotel said no.I think it'll be better to talk to AI on the phone than thisI'm going on a business trip, but there's nothing comfortable about it.I'm worried if it's properly booked when I goI want to do everything I can to Agoda

    Do not stay here unless you are just looking for a night sleep somewhere.The staff are not interested in anything you ask them. Very unhelpful when asked here is the closest restaurant as there is simply no restaurants near. You can’t get coffee at the hotel.There is no bar no restaurant no coffee bar.Only time you get a coffee is at breakfast which is poor as well. There is nothing near the hotel apart from Aldi and Burger King. It’s just NOT a 4 star hotel. It barely makes 2 star rating.

    Service is less than zero. Very rude receptionists, reported problems were not resolved nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. We haven't seen a smile in those few days. A lady from the group had some personal belongings stolen or thrown away while cleaning the room. The hotel is relatively tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. But the behavior of the staff ruins any positive impression.
