Nice staff but hotel needs maintenance

    rating07 Nov 2023

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel facilities needs some renovation, including guest room and bathrooms since outside noise (constant car noises) and hallway noises can be heard at all times, as well as mould and bathtub cracks are highly visible. The room is not cleaned properly as there were hair from previous guest in bathroom/bedsheet.The breakfast is ok, but plates and mugs should be cleaned better as most of them had food stains/traces despite being “cleaned”.

Lazy staff, horrible beds, nowhere to eat

    rating01 Mar 2020

Really disappointed in this hotel and it’s staff. They claim they are a calm oasis of comfort in a business park. In reality it’s uncomfortable and unaccommodating. They have the nerve to claim they have a “business centre”. This is two tiny booths in the reception with 2 old PCs. What happens if you need to arrange a meeting with 10 business guests? Hardly a “centre”!The beds are terrible. My colleagues and I had 3 double rooms. The double beds are nothing more than single beds pushed together. The beds are on wheels on a marble floor so whenever I got into bed they would move and/or drift apart from each other. I found myself literally rearranging the bedside cabinets sideways to try and help stop the bed movement. The breakfast is very average at best. Worse though, they have a big metal tea urn and one particular waitress refuses to turn it on. I complained to reception about her after she literally laughed in my face when I asked if I could have hot water for a tea. She told me that 60 degrees is hot enough. When I complained to reception she insisted she had already told me I needed to wait for the water to heat up. Any more when this woman had a shift I’d find the tea urn turned off and Luke warm. How dare you tell me what temperature my tea should be brewed at. You should be ashamed of yourselves, especially after such a simple request. I’m British, I drink tea for a living and tea is not brewed at 60 degrees. Forget eating at the hotel of an evening or (as much colleague attempted) trying to order a pint on a Saturday evening. They don’t seem to serve food or drink 90% of the time. There’s a big shopping centre over the road that has several restaurants. Be warned though, a lot of these seem to be closed on random days and times and even the ones that are open are pretty bad. You’ll have to take a drive to Sabadell or other surrounding areas in search of decent food. Parking is anything other than ample. You’ll struggle to find an actual space, we had to park up on the pavement most nights. Some cars parked across multiple spots and got away with it. Quite often 1 or 2 coaches could be found taking up most of the car park for the entire night. Satnavs will try and take you to the “entrance” down a side road. However this entrance is always locked so you have to drive around the business park to get in an alternative way. Quite annoying on our first night while we were trying to locate the way into the hotel.

    reasonably priced

room size was good, although probably needs a little attention. could do with tea making facilities in rooms as the dining hall does not open til 7 and if you are an early riser there is no way to get a drink unless you have a cold one from the fridge which costs extra. breakfast was a good spread but a lot of the mugs put out were either chipped cracked or dirty.staff were very good and helpful.

    Room was not so clean

    rating03 May 2019

Our floor in our room was not clean, and needed a good wash. The bed was clean and comfortable, and we only stayed one night so no problem. Can be noisy when you open the windows, bit far from the city, but we travelled with a group by bus so no probllem. Breakfast was good. The service was not to bad.

    Big Rooms

    rating23 Mar 2019

The hotel facilities looks new. The wifi is strong. The room is big with a huge bathroom. Buffet breakfast has a reasonable spread of food. Location wise, though it is away from the city, there is a shopping mall with a supermarket just 100 meters away. However, my room on the second floor faces the main road. Being there in the season without air-conditioning, I opened the window to air the room but it was noisy.
