    1st time in Barcelona & we wanted something reasonably priced but central for our exploration. The apartments are just perfect. Lovely traditional communal areas, a well stocked allocated shelf in the fridge for breakfast that we took to the nearby park for a picnic. The beds were 2 singles and felt like temporary beds but this didn't stop us having a perfect nights sleep on both nights we stayed. Would definitely recommend 👌 super close to the familiar, the stunning park & relatively close to the other Gaudi attractions. The Gaudi park is a 40 minute walk but theres lots of lovely coffee/spritz stops along the way . We stayed in room 4, its got a separate bathroom thats not next to the room but this added to the character.

    The hotel staff, from housekeeping to the owner, consistently demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is our second time staying at Factory Suits. This time was unfortunately for only one night but we totally enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very beautiful, well located in a very charming neighborhood, close to tourist attractions. We highly recommend it!

    We enjoyed our stay here. We were in room 2. It was clean and a great location. We could walk everywhere from there. We found breakfast very convenient as we could make it ourselves when we wanted. One thing we hadn’t realized was our room was over top of a night club. It is quite loud after 8 pm until around 2 am. They do provide ear plugs. There is a window but it looks out onto other walls.

    I booked a superior twin, hoping to have our own bathroom, but unfortunately the bathroom is external. Not very impressed with the breakfast. They only provide toasts ans different kind of bread, fruits, jam and yogurt. There isn’t a microwave to warm up food and the coffee machine can suddenly stop working anytime. This place is not worth the money spent. With the same money you can get a nice room hotel with more intimacy and your own toilet.

    Dishonest owner and horrible experience. The owner will never show up, and you have no chance of getting your money back. The food was moldy and at the promised breakfast was no more than a couple of apples. Never come here, it is a scam.
