  Great Staff, Clean Rooms, and Opportunities

  Team meeting with about 15 people over 4 days. Very friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel rooms. Overall, very quiet in spite of proximity to a very busy interstate. The bar and small gathering common areas worked well The meeting spaces could use some improvements as could the technology available. Overall, it served us well

  Great hotel clean safe great gym! The food is awesome and staff at bar is incediable. The food is top quality and fresh. You can not go wrong with this location.

  I thought that the hotel was clean, spacious, and staff were friendly. My room had a king bed and plenty of space with two televisions. One was in the bedroom and the other in the front room where there was a pullout sofa bed, sink , microwave and table.The cleaning service came and cleaned the room and replenished snacks and water that came with my stay. Everyday house cleaning changed the bedding and replenished the snacks.The hotel room door opens toward the center open space. The full breakfast was nice and had omelets cooked to order.

  Unknown person walked into room

  I had someone knock and walk into my room with a key twice around 10am 8/7/2025.I was alone in my room I tried calling the front desk but got a busy signal for about 5 minutes so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. I had only had 4 hours of sleep before being woken up twice and now have to drive back to Oklahoma.This is very unsafe and unprofessional.

  We’ve traveled for years with our baseball families and have never experienced anything like what happened here. After checking in, at 8pm our group of parents and teenage players gathered in what we believed was a common area separate from the bar, quietly playing cards and visiting. We weren’t loud, intoxicated, or causing any issues. 7 men from our group were at the bar taking turns buying rounds while the moms and kids played cards in the separate area. At 8:30pm Without a single warning or request from staff, suddenly 7 or 8 police officers arrived and told us we were being trespassed from the hotel. It was shocking, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. My 4-year-old asked if we were getting arrested. There was only one drink on the table, and we had no idea that the area we were sitting in was considered part of the bar and not allowed to have outside beverages. . If someone had just kindly asked us to move or explained the policy, we would have immediately complied.To be clear, the front desk staff was professional and understanding throughout this ordeal. The issue was entirely due to the bar staff and manager, who escalated the situation without giving us the courtesy of a warning or conversation. Meanwhile, a visibly over-served bar patron began taunting our 15–16-year-old boys, further escalating the situation.Several bystanders even went to the front desk to say we had done nothing wrong and were being treated unfairly.This is not what hospitality should look like. It was a failure of communication and common sense. We expected better from a national brand like Embassy Suites. We will not be returning, and we sincerely hope corporate takes a hard look at the way this location handles guests.
