Monumental underground station, only 2 stops from the centre, is only 5 minutes away and the beach is around 1 km away.

Facility

67 rooms, including 22 single rooms and 42 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Mini room Hot as hell no air conditioner supposedly due to season. Reception didn't even care ,Very uncomfortable 4 days stay not recommending this hotel ...

    Good Location, But Not the Best Stay

    - Easy access to public transport, close to the Sagrada Familia attraction, clean, fresh and tasty food.- Mediocre staff behavior, mediocre facilities.- Noisy due to the large road across from the hotel, the cleaning lady who came in to clean the room tried to open my suitcase.Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, there are definitely better options but for the price I think it's worth it

    If there was a zero I would have given it. The place was horrible. We went for a vacation and it turned into a nightmare. The rooms were so so so small for that price we paid (we paid $400 for two nights). They refused to give water , even a drop, leave alone a bottle , when asked they said there is a departmental store next door , go buy it….zero facilities in the hotel. Breakfast, oh god! Disaster!!! Hardly any choices , just starve if you are a vegetarian or a vegan….one lady at the reception was the only decent thing about the place….location was alright as it was close to Sagrada….but it was a task to get cabs ….Overall we were very very displeased and disappointed with it all….

    This hotel is working with thieves. Our door been broken and safe box itself been stolen from our room. Passport, wallet, cards, cash... Everything gone on sunday night and we were having our flight by monday morning. We spent all night at police station and had one of our worst night ever. Guess what happened? By morning we had a call from reception and they said we found your safe box " in another room!!! " Everthing was still in it except anything valuable cash etc. We had the police report. Whatever im saying here is proven. It was all arranged and timing was just perfectly arranged through our check out time so we couldnt question anything and just had our everything run away to airport to catch the flight.If you dont believe me basically contact me and i will show you the evidences includes while polices were doing investigation in our room by midnight. This hotel have to be closed. I still cant believe how we deal with that night and back to our home London. We dont even consider to visit Barcelona again.

    I stayed in August at the hotel and I share my experience. I brought some money with me, kept in the wallet locked in my suitcase. The day I asked for the room to be cleaned, all the money disappeared. My complaints to the Manager, responsible for the personnel, who gave me no support, denying that any of the hotel staff had entered the room, were of no avail. my room, even assuming that the person responsible had entered from the outside... yet there was no sign of forced entry, and no one seemed to be surprised... I leave the conclusions to you Terrible experience! Place to stay away from!
