    Do not book this hotel unless you are renting out a car yourself or comfortable booking a cab service to you want to reach madrid city.The price paid for booking this hotel and the cab service expenses , you can book a decent hotel within madrid city. The time taken to reach the plaza center using public transport (one spiral bus route and a crowded metro) is more than hour. But whereas in cab it is just a 15 minute ride.Hotel is located in an industrial area and the name of the hotel is properly displayed.Night time the surroundings appear to ve eerie.The only positive is that the hotel rooms are very confortable and clean but we hear a lot of outside noise.

    Hotel is located in an industriel area approx 30 min by taxi out of the heart of Madrid.Not much around, but the Hotel tries it best to cover this. Rooms are ok, breakfast needs a slight improvment.

    I went on a business trip to Madrid and decided for NH Hotels as I already know them. The hotel is a little outside the city centre but a good hotel overall.

    The basics are goed at the hotel, but it needs some tender love and care. Sadly there is no full hotel bar and there is no restaurant at the hotel. There are no eggs of any kind available at breakfast.

    Worst ever an stay experience in Madrid.Occasion to live in hotel with a Tour. Being pure vegetarian have restrictions for food.Requested staff to keep buffet little away and not mixed up with other food.After request did not happen. Over and above that staff was rude and unruly. We come from india a country which works with principal of ‘Atithi Devo Bhav’ ( in Hindi- means Guest are God.I will recommend all to not stay or even book this hotel as their Service and training to staff is probably worst and hotel likely to give you bad holiday experience.
