  Stay away! Stinky smoking room non working fridge, door lock and insects in the room.

  The hotel stinks of smoke, I managed to get a nonsmoking room but the door to the neighbor room couldn’t be looked and my neighbor walked in to my room. Asked for anew room they only had smoking room so I stayed in the worst smelling room I ever experienced (arrived late and had no other choice. The restaurant is a joke dinner was terrible with uncocked chicken. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. This was the worst experience in many years for me.

  Stayed here for the WRX and there a some good but also more bad points with this hotel.Staff were friendly (day shift) and proximity to the circuit is excellent with it being less than 5 minutes away. That's the good over. Rooms are so noisy your chance of sleeping are limited to when exhaustion kicks in.The first room we changed in under 30 minutes as the pipes in the walls were constantly pinging loudly. At this point the staff were helpful and I wish that I had known about the other issues as I would have moved then.The aircon is not aircon and only hot air. Fine in winter not so good in April and 24 degrees. There is no problem with it until you turn it off. Then you get the costant dripping of water in the pipes which echoes through the room. Your choice is noisy pipes or switch the heating on to stop it. The heating is very efficient and bears no relation to the thermostat which means you get furnace heat like it or not or noise. The noise from the main road traffic is constant from 6:30 am until about 1:30 am and as the doors offer no sound protection you may as well leave them open. The walls themselves are paper thin and you can hear everything. We stayed on the second floor and heard ever person checking in from the coaches that arrive late, then going to the rooms, then having loud conversations in corridors all night, then getting up at 6:30 on all three nights we were here. The coach load of people every night are obviously on regular tours as they appear to be the hotel's priority guests regardless of what they do.All this would be ok if they did something about it but the night staff unlike the day are hopeless or just incompetent. Having complained about the dripping on the first night we were told it would be sorted and maintenance would be called. I mentioned it on the last night as well and a different night receptionist said they would fix it after we had checked out but found no notes on previous complaints so didn't understand why I was complaining as It was obviously i was looking for a refund on the last night. I know this was said to a colleague as I speak Spanish a fact he was unaware of until I pointed it out before being apologised to and shrugged at. I appreciate they can do nothing about the traffic but to not even want to address other guests re the noise at 3am they were making was incredibly dismissive. Especially when it could be clearly heard in reception 3 stories down when the complaint was being made.There is also no coffee making facilities in the room so you have to use the bar, which would be ok if it was open. For whatever reason it shuts at 3:30 on sundays so you have no way of getting a drink of any kind unless you walk 10 minutes into Granollers itself. On check out when you mention things like this you are asked why you haven't complained and when you say you have you get blank stares and shrugged shoulders. In three days my wife and I had less than 12 hours sleep. On our second day two other people were complaining about the noise from pipes and the coach, all being dismissed, when we got up for a coffee at 7.Great for the track but rubbish for everything else.

  Stayed here in February for 5 Nights for the 1st week of F1 testing nice B&B, staff all great helpful aswell booked me taxis every day to the Circuit. Breakfast was buffet style fantastic value at 6€ per day, vending machine for hot drinks was free also. Good clean hotel would stay again .

  Fantastic hotel. Great location, especially for F1 or Grand Prix fans. Would thoroughly recommend hotel granollers to anyone. Excellent buffet and friendly, attentive staff 😊We used this hotel as base for a weekend in Barca, the rail links were easy to use and getting into the city was fast and easy. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. All in all we will book again !!!!   Fantastic hotel, very clean, all that was required was available, slept really well, room had a fridge ( always useful), the breakfast was delicious and everything fresh, the staff were wonderful, friendly, polite and very helpful. Train station only a ten minute walk which was very useful to go sight seeing. Would definitely return.
