    Perfect city hotel for first time visitors

    Perfect hotel, room was ready early, polite staff, great location plenty of restaurants and cafes, just over 15 minutes walk to passage de grassier shopping streets and tourist attractions. Metro close to there to get around if you don’t want to walk. Location was very safe for first time visitors. It’s a city hotel so not close to beach but perfect for other tourist attractions. Rooms a good size and well equipped. Definitely return to this hotel.     Excellent hotel, centrally, located, clean and well appointed. Friendly, knowledgable staff.Particular shout out to Clara, who was so kind in helping us confirm our return transfer to the airport.     Brilliant location; bedding and pillows are amazing (4 pillows each!!!!!); well stacked minibar; great coffee station; the business lunch was beautiful; reception stuff are incredibly kind and friendly; very chilled and relaxing rooftop pool area; and brilliant meeting facilities.     Great Barcelona Hotel

    As a frequent traveller I have refined my hotel needs to three simple things. A good nights sleep, a fulfilling breakfast and a shower that is refreshing.This hotel has all three in abundance. In addition it has some little extras that make a visit that bit more welcoming.In the bathroom there are sensors that switch on low level lights, wonderful for my now nightly comfort breaks. Ample fresh water and snacks in the room. A simple welcoming drink on arrival.One small tips for light sleepers, ask for a room away from the street, Barcelona is a 24 hour city.     Amazing birthday treat!!

    My wife and I visited Barcelona for the first time in January for my wife's birthday and stayed at H10 Art Gallery.  From the moment I emailed them in advance to say it was my wife's birthday and our first time in Barcelona, the staff were nothing short of amazing. Clara on reception was especially brilliant, replying with details of how to get to the hotel, the best modes of transport and likely costs, she also confirmed they would try to make it a special visit.  When we arrived, getting to the hotel was easy, the hotel is very central and beautifully decorated. With welcome drinks served at reception, we had Cava.  We were greeted by Nicholas who was equally brilliant. He confirmed a room upgrade and gave us a Cava top up to take to the room. The room had a coffee machine and water as well as a fridge and we sat on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. For the rest of the stay, Clara, Nicholas along with ALL the other staff from the bar, breakfast and reception were all incredibly helpful and also wished my wife happy birthday.  On her actual birthday she got cake with a candle and more cava at breakfast, we also got treats and cava in our room in the evening, even the receipt with room service said happy birthday on.  All of the staff made such an effort, and my wife had the best birthday.  It was our first time in a H10 as we usually stay on Hilton hotels but I have to say the service was as good if not better. The hotel had everything you could want, including free rental of umbrellas for rainy days. The food was beautiful, the staff were amazing and the hotel was lovely.
