Location

This hotel is situated in the middle of Barcelona's central Eixample district, near to the trade fair area and Av. Diagonal, Barcelona's shopping area. The hotel is located just 10 min from the city centre by metro and has easy access to the airport and other localities, as it is very near to Sants train station, the main station with high-speed trains.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 95 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Terrible customer service. Unaccommodating Pablo Torreblanca, Director General at H10 Itaca, responded to this review Dear steph180619, unfortunately, it is not possible to use the hotel terrace to consume food brought in from outside the hotel due to our internal regulations, which are displayed at the entrance. These regulations are in place to prevent potential food poisoning due to improper preparation or storage of food that is not directly managed by the hotel.     Stayed for 3 nights 4 days as a solo traveller for a Hyrox event, great location next to Sants station, stayed bed and breakfast and food was delicious, staff friendly but also very professional, room very clean. Outside bar cocktails were lovely and the food at the bar was tasty, pool was quirky with the see through glass which made it stand out, would definitely stay again.     This hotel is fabulous. Its a great location . Easy to access the tourist bus .(literally outside the front door)Easy check in , we arrived early and our room wasn't ready but they put our luggage in a safe locked room. The pool , seating area was clean and well maintained. Plenty of seats and sunbeds. The bar staff were fabulous and hard working and friendly. The drinks menu had some great cocktails all freshly made.The bar food menu has a great selection of food choices and they cater for all dietary requirements. Breakfast was pleasant and plenty to chose from . Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed , iron and ironing board and coffee making facilities. Tv had one English channel which is sky news, obviously you go away to do other things but some choice of English tv would be good . Especially when other countries had more than one choice. Bathroom was spotless with a great selection of toiletries and full size hairdryer. Bath and shower and bidet too. I'd definitely stay here again .     Confirmed Booking Not Honored — Left Without a Room at 10PM

    I booked this hotel through Priceline for two adults and one child. A double and an extra bed.However, when we arrived, we were given a room with only two twin beds and were told we would need to pay for an entirely separate room to accommodate our child add a ridiculous price. This place tried to take advantage of the situation. This directly contradicted both the room description and the photos shown on Priceline.The listing is extremely misleading. The pictures and room description do not accurately reflect what is actually provided. We felt pressured into paying more after arrival or as they said we had to leave, this unacceptable after confirming occupancy in advance. We chose to leave! By the way this happened at 10pm at night.I have been a loyal Priceline customer for years and have never experienced an issue like this. I contacted Priceline five separate times, and unfortunately no effective resolution was offered.At the very least, the inaccurate photos and descriptions should be removed so other travelers are not misled.I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It is a complete SCAM!!Update 4/7-- I have attached a screenshot of my confirmed reservation through Priceline clearly showing that the booking was made for three guests and three twin beds, which directly contradicts your statement that the reservation was for two adults only.Additionally, it is incorrect to state that your staff offered me the option to add a third bed. This option was never presented to me. Instead, I was informed upon that I would need to pay for an entirely separate room, despite already having a confirmed reservation reflecting three guests and three beds.Because the hotel refused to honor the confirmed reservation, I was left with no reasonable option and did not stay at the property. I should not be held responsible for charges related to accommodations that were not provided as booked.This situation reflects a serious discrepancy between what is advertised on Priceline and what was honored upon arrival.I also just went on priceline to screenshot the image of the room which was falsely advertised and now there are no images up. You all have still failed to update the language.Please refer to the attached images confirming my reservation details and also reflecting that you have brought the images down of the room with 3 twin beds on priceline. However you did this very sloppily as the contradictory language is still up!Mysteriously, they have wiped out my comments on google and their comments. Luckily, I snapped pictures before it could be wiped out. (See attached) As you can see whoever, at the hotel responded has no idea what is going on and accused me of being inaccurate. The proof is in the images and you also admitted to not fulfilling my booking accurately.     It's cheap for a reason

    So, the good parts. The hotel is very close (walking distance) to Sants station and the staff are friendly enough. The WiFi works, the beds are comfy and you get free water in your room.Unfortunately everything else is a little shabby. Even the lift is on a go-slow. I stayed on two occasions in a short period of time - the first in a superior room. The TV did not work (no signal) and the aircon was broken (thankfully the window opens).A few days later I stayed in a standard room (asked for a low floor but was given second to top!). Again, aircon did not work but TV did (window restrictor dangerously broken). So, if you like it 'tropical hot' then this could be the hotel for you.Breakfast was also basic - much worse selection than H10 Tarragona for example.In short, a pretty sad experience but fine for an overnight stay if you're willing to overlook the obvious discomforts.
