Location

The hotel has an unbeatable location nestled between the Ciutadella Park and the Olympic Marina Harbour. It is only 100 m away from the nearest underground station, and a range of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs are located around 500 m away, as well as the beach and the harbour.

Facility

The hotel has 28 junior suites, 6 suites, 33 single rooms and 177 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Beautiful, quiet hotel with spacious rooms — just a couple of small let-downs

    We had a very enjoyable stay at H10 Marina Barcelona.The hotel itself is beautiful inside, and our room was spacious, clean and modern. It was also very quiet, with a huge super king bed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly throughout our stay.Breakfast was very nice overall, with plenty of choice, although one downside was that the cooked options were always very cold. A microwave would actually be useful so guests could reheat things like beans and bacon.The location is pretty good too. It’s only several minutes’ walk from a couple of metro stations, which made getting around Barcelona easy. We bought a 5-day Hola Barcelona travel card as we knew we’d use the metro a lot. From the airport, it took around an hour or so via two trains.We also booked a spa massage at the hotel, which was good and reasonably enjoyable, although probably a little pricey compared with local businesses.A couple of disappointments: as mentioned, the cooked breakfast being cold each morning was a shame. Also, I emailed ahead to say it was our 10-year wedding anniversary, but nothing was left in the room, which was a bit disappointing.One tip for anyone visiting Barcelona: book Sagrada Família tickets weeks in advance. It’s almost impossible to get tickets last minute — we learned that the hard way!Overall, a lovely hotel and a very comfortable stay.

    Underwhelming

    I was looking forward to my stay here but was very underwhelmed. I wiped a couple of the surfaces as I always do due to my daughter having allergies, and the wipe was very dirty. Air conditioning did not work at the hotel. Thankfully, there was a fan in the room but would have preferred the air conditioning as advertised. There was no welcome gift that was advertised when becoming an H10 member. Staff was pleasant. The location is great. I'm not sure I'd stay here again

    An experience of a kind

    We spent a week for our honeymoon/ 1st wedding anniversary in Barcelona and I can say, the H10 hotel is approved. The staff members are absolutely warm, friendly and welcoming. They were eager to recommend us to places and things to do. The rooms are spacious, clean , well lit and have a very good layout. The cleaning service made sure we had clean bedding everyday, clean towels and one thing that stood out to us is the personal care kit in the bathroom containing of, all the essentials eg toothpaste, toothbrush etc. The hotel is a walking distance to the beach and all the iconic sites. The area is quiet and absolutely lovely with local restaurants around. The staff are great and the lobby was calm and absolutely fantastic. If we visit Barcelona again, H10 is going to be the perfect place for us to stay, I couldn’t recommend it enough.     Worst stay in 4 years

    Returning guests for 4 consecutive years, and this was by far the worst experience.The biggest issue was not the room itself, but the management and complete lack of professionalism. Instead of solving a simple issue, every interaction turned into an argument.We were placed in a noisy first-floor room next to the elevators, and possible solutions only appeared after days of discussions and escalation via email, at a point when most guests would have already checked out.The manager even claimed we were “putting ourselves above other guests” simply for requesting a room change within the same category during our 8-night stay.The spa area (€20 per person) was the main reason we kept coming back. You preferred this option, and we provided it to you completely free of charge.The following morning, you contacted us to report that this second room had noise. Due to our high occupancy, an immediate room change was not possible that this second day. However, we explicitly offered you the possibility of changing rooms the next day and our Front desk Manager sent you a formal email outlining the available alternatives on the 3rd and 6th floors, for in case your had prefer change again. You chose not to follow up on these options or contact our reception to proceed with the change.Lastly, our housekeeping team could not service your room on the requested day because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed until late afternoon, a situation our staff explained and you acknowledged at the front desk.We always strive to provide flexibility, as demonstrated by the immediate complimentary upgrade and the multiple solutions offered throughout your stay.
