    Nice hotel, staff on the desk excellent. We got a great reception very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very clean although small. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend

    Overall a good experience. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There was an error in our booking. The child was not added for some reason. They let us checkin without any extra charges. But they did not let us make another booking with the child when we wanted to extend our stay. Even though the double room was quite enough for us, but still their policy was to book two rooms, which is strange. I won't blame the front desk staff for that, its the hotel. Breakfast was good. But the staff working at breakfast was very rude, except that tall guy. They blocked the food area when the time was up. Means that you're not allowed o even enter and take the stuff which is still there. Very bad attitude towards guests.

    Bag Stolen in Hotel Lobby – Very Disappointing Experience

    My feedback about my stay at Hampton by Hilton Barcelona will not concern the service, the location, or the cleanliness, but something far more important: SAFETY. My husband and I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Barcelona for four nights. On our last day, Saturday 27 December 2025, while waiting in the hotel lobby, a stranger took my husband’s Louis Vuitton bag containing his AirPods and all our remaining money. CCTV footage (shown after we insisted) confirmed that an unknown person entered the hotel and took the bag. The police were called only at our request, and there was no further assistance or follow-up from the hotel. This incident seriously affected our experience, and I expected better support and concern for guest safety. I am extremely disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again.     Checkin staff very efficient, room very good although the air con and temperature were difficult to control to provide a pleasant environment. Very close to the metro line and very good for direct route to the airport. Breakfast was not the best with practically frozen hash browns on offer. The hot water for tea was not boiling hot and resulted in a less than pleasant cup of tea. The food options were somewhat limited. This is another Hampton that needs to learn from their counterparts in Utrecht as to how to provide a first class breakfast buffet.     It's our 3rd visit here, and we are always happy with the hotel staff, housekeeping, f&b especially the nice guy host for breakfast, reception Shahira and the charming Victoria!
