  Got a very good deal on agoda but the service is very average. Felt very cold and impersonal. The rooms are ok, so is the location. Nothing special

  This is our 2nd time staying at Eslite. We were impressed by the service level on our 1st trip and this trip didn’t disappoint as well. We were given a bigger room with city view (Taipei 101) and welcome drinks on arrival. Hotel is located just next to Taipei Dome, less than 10 minutes walk to MRT station. Plenty of food options around. For those who are ok to explore by walking, you can easily get to major shopping malls near City Hall and even to Taipei 101.We opted to go without breakfast on our 2nd trip as we wanted to go cafe hopping on this trip. For those who doesn’t mind light breakfast, you can easily get sandwiches and beverages from the minimart in front of the hotel. There’s a cafe serving decent coffee less than 10 minutes walk (from the park) from the hotel.This will definitely be our go-to hotel for our stay in Taipei.

  This hotel literally lied to me about a cancellation. I would suggest that you find someplace else. There are plenty of other hotels in Taipei that are fabulous. This is not one of those.

  We love our large, homey suite that has two balconies—one outside the living room and another outside our bedroom—with a gorgeous view of Taipei 101, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial, and Taipei Arena. Our suite comes with super comfy beds and thoughtful details, including the top-of-the-line Dyson quiet hairdryer. The lobby and breakfast buffet restaurant decor are so elegant, with fresh and healthy breakfast items. The staff is very friendly and professional. Big shout out to Rose and Stin, who helped us with our check-in after a 15-hour long flight, even though the hotel was completely booked. And by the way, even though the hotel is fully booked, there's not a single sound from the neighboring rooms—either their insulation system is top-notch or the guests are just very courteous (possibly because even the breakfast room was clean, quiet, and orderly).
