    The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and worth every penny. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.Truly fantastic value I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Extremely Disappointed by Lack of Security and Guest Support

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very distressing experience that revealed a serious lack of security and guest support.While having breakfast in the hotel restaurant, my bag was stolen when I briefly left it at my table to get food from the buffet. The restaurant asked for my room number upon entry, which gave me a false sense of security, but it turns out that both guests and non-guests have access to the area. The hotel staff reviewed the security footage and saw the incident, yet they took no responsibility, claiming it was my fault for leaving my bag unattended. In a hotel of this caliber, I would expect better security measures and support for guests in situations like this.What’s worse, when I asked for assistance to file a police report, they refused to offer any financial help or practical support, aside from calling a taxi. This left me stranded without my documents and cards, adding further stress and inconvenience. They have no procedures in place to assist guests who are victims of theft, which is absolutely unacceptable.This is a major hotel chain, and such incidents should not be handled so poorly. I sincerely hope they improve their security and guest support policies, as my experience has been far from what one would expect from a brand like Holiday Inn. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, I would suggest staying elsewhere.

    Awesome service from all the staff...Especially Monika...Breakfast had a decent selection of continental food amid some eggs sausages fruit and yoghurt...There's a bar restaurant just outside the hotel which had an excellent menu lots of choices and value for money with a lovely selection of drinks...

    Cristina, the hotel manager, is displaying unacceptable behavior towards customers, raising her voice and pointing fingers at them, which is considered rude and disrespectful for paying customer. I hope they treat cutomers with respect just like other hotels provide.     The hotel is very nice and clean There is a lot of variety in the breakfast Employees are nice Specially Gollio in the reception the night shift is really nice and helpful person I stay for 4 days and I wish to stay more Thanks Gollio for making my life easier
